Good stay

Good access to large supermarket and convenient food options nearby. Local tidbits provided for guests to try out was a good touch.

The overall building was dated though clean. The walk to Ximending is a little far if you are travelling with seniors. It would be more beneficial if the shuttle service provided to guests was hourly instead.

Comfortable stay in Ximending

Good location around 10-15 minutes walk from Ximending. Clean, quiet and good sized quadruple room for a family of 4.

- Clean and spacious room - Safe and good location

- Cold and unfriendly (no smiling) hotel front staff - Slow and undedicated (keeping the guests awaiting for service even when everone at the desk are free) hotel front staff - No e-mail reply back after leaving an enquiery at the official hotel website

Wonderful rooms, staff and great location!

The double bed is extremely large, can sleep 3 persons, bolsters are provided. Location is extremely near to the metro station and can walk to ximending.

not convenient but comfortable room

comfortable beds and spacious

service quality needs to be improved and they need to standardise their check-in procedures. we stayed twice in this hotel. the first check-in was very pleasant but not the second check in which was one day later as we went to jiufen for a night’s stay. first stay, staff did not ask for any deposit and we were given extra luggage rack when we requested. room was clean and rubbish was emptied when they cleaned the room. however, for the second check in, deposit was required and we were told not possible to request for another luggage rack. rubbish was not completely cleared from the room. in addition, it was very noisy staying on the 15th level; cleanliness was not as good as when we stayed on the 12th level.

Exceptional

Excellent location, near Carrefour which is helpful for us travelling as a family. Spacious and onsen in the toilet was a highlight for the kids. Free shuttle bus to Ximending. A preferred stay for future trips.

Until now they haven't release and clear my deposit even after I paid the entire room accommodation and one time breakfast for 3 person.

Great place to stay

Room is very clean and bright. Spacious enough to open up 2 big suitcases ,sound proof is good. Toilet is very clean got the Japanese feel of o nsen bathtub.The staff are very helpful. The station is about 10 minutes walk to the hotel yet there's a lot of shade along the road. Plus point is there us a carrefour diagonally across the hotel and you can get cheap taiwan souvenir there. Wonderful, will stay there again.

The pillow is too flat although can request for extra pillow but still flat

The hotel was clean and no smell at all! We were allowed to check in before the 3PM without additional cost. The staff were very accomodating!

Disappointing

The receptionist and staff were friendly and professional.

The room had not been cleaned and appropriately stocked. We did not have coffee cups & spoons; the tub had not been cleaned because there was hair in it (see photo). The mini bar was not stocked, nor was it functioning to keep food and water cold. The gym was disappointing, with only one working treadmill. They did not prepare my food order correctly. I am lactose intolerant and specifically said NO SALAD DRESSING, but they still put salad dressing on it anyway. They also failed to include my other requests for my order. They advertised a jacuzzi, but it was out of service. The jacuzzi and spa were among the top three reasons I booked at the hotel. They also advertised a soundproof room; however, I was awakened more than once by a crying child/baby, although I specifically requested not to be placed near under-aged children when I made the reservation.

I was travelling with a kid below 3 years and throughout my week's stay, whenever I came back to the hotel after a day's out, never once the hotel staff come forward to help us with the bulky items unloaded from the taxi. The crew just stood there and stared. Worst experience at a hotel stay!!

1 day stay @ hotel

New thing; they have a VA(virtual assistance) call Aiello. Good for hotel integration with room controls. Ease of switching and navigating lights and aircon from bed. Room are clean and big. Place is about 12-15min casual walk from ximending. But 3-5min casual walk from xiaonanmen mrt Behind the hotel has a lot of local food, not the fanfare kind but is what locals will eat day to day.

Unfortunately seems like facilities were under renovation at level 16 at the point in time . Right outside the place is main road, so tendency for jams during peak period is there might be a hassle if you want to uber/taxi.

Spendid

It was a splendid stay for me and my family, especially the 3 single beds for 3 of us, I didn’t expect the room would be spacious. Love it. Service was top notch. Ntg that I ask from them than they doesn’t offer a help. Keep it up! Location was convenient , walking distance to ximending. Read a few old Review abt the hotel looks old. But I think they need a renovation. It’s definitely look new now!

Nice stay but can be improved

Nice room, clean and cozy

The checkin process was extra slow, had to wait for over 30min and people at reception not really helpful. The facilities are really old (e.g. the gym looks from 20 years ago, while the swimmming pool was closed)
