Great!

Room was cleaned every day . The Breakfast was very nice!

I didn't like that I thought I was charged through Priceline initially as I have a receipt, but at the hotel they told me that it was not paid and I had to run my card again. I did double checked and I was not charged twice, which was OK. However, I believe Priceline shall let me know that the rate is only locked and I will be charged in the hotel to avoid a miss understanding and inconvenience.

I love Aruba. Thank you!

Marlenny was excellent at the bar. The aesthetic of the hotel was nice, especially the pool area. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.

The checkout process was very stressful with the maid constantly interrupting me while my friend and I were rushing to put everything together. I do not want to get her in trouble; I just think there needs to be better communication between management and cleaning staff. She did not really speak but had quite a mean look on her face. She came about four different times and would knock quickly many times before we would even have a chance to answer. It was very impolite and unprofessional. I think she just needs training and she will do well. The outside bar also needs fans. It is too hot to sit out there. I wanted to stay longer and chat with Marlenny more (and keep drinking), but I had to go to my room. I cannot imagine how hot it is for the workers to do their jobs as well.

Very good

Breakfast is served as a buffet modality and is very good. Hotel is located about 100 meters from the Surfside Beach which a very quiet one. Hotel guest are provided with a ticket to use the Beach Lounge Chairs at Reflexions a BeachBar with Music with good prices. Watch the Sunsets from there is strongly suggested. In front of the Hotel Sandra's Garden a local Bar with Latin Music and Beverages can be enjoyed Fridays are the nights although is daily open

Disappointing

what could have been better is a more diverse breakfast and not the same each day, maybe an ala carte breakfast menu. The possibility to dine in would be an improvement. A bit too much noise from passing the traffic.

Quiet relaxing get away...

Location was spectacular! Close to the airport but no noise at night. We were away from the flurry of activity but could enjoy it if we wanted to! The area was super quiet. The beach/bar/restaurants across the street were great. The pool and cabana were super pretty, quiet and relaxing. Not a party scene which was exactly what we were looking for! The staff is absolutely the sweetest!

Due to moisture issues/mold, you can't control the air which (because we were sunburned) was very cold. That was my only complaint.

Pleasant

Good location and people were very nice.

It came out 700 dolars when I booked was supposed to be 550 with taxes. My colleague paid 378 for the same room, so I feel ripped off.

Disappointing

It’s a very expensive hotel for the lack of quality service provision. The rooms are old and unclean, with furniture that should have been replaced a long time ago. Noisy.

Very sufficient, but like most things in Aruba, I wish it was a little cheaper.

The pool was nice, no "hot tub" there though. And the room was fine, but felt basic. Parking was easy and proximity to the airport was great. Plenty of shopping near by and food and drink options.

I wanted a late check-out, and there would have been a charge for it, which I thought was annoying. It was a bit loud on the main road with traffic and bars across the street, so try to get a room at the back of property.

i enjoyed it

i like that is was fairly clean.I think the breakfast and location was fair for the price.I like there are some bars and places to eat across the street.There is a whole strip down the road.May take a walk, run or short cab to get to but it's within distance. I'm satisfied and would come back.

Didn't like how there was no tooth paste or mouth wash so I had to go to the store.I like that the manager did allow his wife to take me to the store ,I gave her a tip.lol

standard room means no sleep. it is on the street side with a nightclub across the street. walls are very thin and it felt as if the people were inside our room. the hot tubs were not working. the restaurant was shut down for maintenance.

It was a great stay overall. They just need to tweak a few things

I love the location. It’s right across the street from the beach. There’s restaurants and bars nearby. The pool area and lobby are pretty inviting. The staff was super helpful and very warm and welcoming

Rooms decor is a little dated. The window and AC could/ should be replaced. The bartenders need to work on mastering a Piña colada
