Everything in this hotel looked brand new. It was so clean. And services was A-1.

It was very clean, beautiful bar area, staff was very friendly.

I was bummed out the fireplace wasn’t working in a sitting area in the lobby. It was awaiting repairs.

Beautiful and safe location, staff are incredibly nice!

Beautiful location, safe and cheap parking garage right next door, lots of local cafes and eateries within walking distance.

The curtains covered up a lot of the windows, not much natural light.

No kitchenettes despite description on booking.com

Very comfortable and great vibe in lobby.

Beware that Booking.com incorrectly states that there are kitchenettes in some rooms. There are none in this hotel. Staff says they tried to correct that info with booking.com but it was still there when I booked the room.

Overall, great stay. Good hotel, friendly staff.

Clean and beautifully designed hotel. The restaurant has amazing food! Very helpful & friendly staff.

Housekeeping kept forgetting to refill the shampoo & body wash, especially when asked twice. Finally, when it seemed like they did refill the body wash, the bottle cap press didn't work. It wasn't enjoyable especially when we had to use the hand soap for the bodies.

Modernes und sauberes Hotel. Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr gut. Parken kann man gerade nebenan.

Old Sacramento liegt zu Fuss etwas weit weg. Wifi gebührenpflichtig !

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Worth a stay

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it didn’t feel forced.

Location was a little meh.

WE WILL BE BACK. WE FELT SAFE AND ENJOYED THE PROPERTY.

THE STAFF AND CLEANLINESS WERE OUTSTANDING! FROM I-80 THE EASE OF GETTING TO AND FROM HOTEL WERE NOT AN ISSUE.

PARKING WAS EASY WITH NEXT DOOR, HIGHLY LIT PARKING GARAGE. IT WAS A $10 CHARGE EVERYTIME YOU WENT OUT. THAT BEING SAID, THE PARKING METERS DOWNTOWN ARE FREE DURING THE WEKENDS AND I WAS SURPRISED AT HOW MANY WERE AVAILABLE.

Great and friendly staff both at the reception and the restaurant. Hotel is absolutely fantastic and gives a feeling of a boutique hotel. Great athmosphere in the evening, with a nice and frequented bar and restaurant. Good location, close to downtown attractions. Great, healthy and organic breakfast. Clean room Very spacious.

Nice hotel, but possible extra costs for breakfast and wifi.

The hotel and restaurant staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A/C worked well, but might be too loud for some.

Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but instead was ordered off a menu. Only a maximum of $18 was included in the "breakfast included" booking option. Anything over that amount was charged. Wifi was only free if you're a member of the Hilton bonus program, otherwise $4.95 for normal wifi or $9.95 for premium wifi.

Great location to visit hospital patients. Daytime bartender was awesome and very accommodating. Front desk was nice and helpful.

Nice room, great location, but they did not respond to our complaints

Breakfast was good, but I paid for a package with breakfast for 3 people and the ended up charging me for the third person

That they charged for the breakfast and i already had paid for the package for 3 people with breakfast. Also, that they did not clean our room during our stay. I complained, but they did not do anything about it.

Great stay! Very close to Sutter Hospital

The staff was so helpful. My husband was having a back surgery and they gave us a wheelchair to use. And also offered a security guard to accompany us to the hospital. Great service Thank you!
