Superb

The front office was very welcoming and pleasant. All took the extra mile to help.along with porters and bellboys The housekeeping team made our stay very comfortable with clean and well organised rooms everyday Special mention to staff at both restaurants. Friendly and service with a smile. Will always be my first choice of stay in Chennai

Conmfortable and convenient stay. Food was delicious across all three times of the day.

Property is located in T Nagar in a prime shopping location and is conveniently placed near the US visa application center and US consulate general.

From the beginning we have bad experience Courtesy car was cancelled at the last minute and we organised our own car At the hotel they advised that we have minimal disruption due to renovation However the noice level was too high. Western standard this disruption is very bad They moved restaurant without proper notice and we need to search for it The front desk women staff were rude and unhelpful In short we had a bad experience

Overall a good stay

As a family of 12, we stayed for 4 days. The first 3 days, the service by staff was amazing. All of us were very pleased with the staff's attention and how attentive they were to our needs. Check in and check out was smooth, Hotel was very clean, comfort level was perfect! Food buffet was great! A wide variety of food choices. Even the fussy eaters were satisfied with the food selection. Hotel was definately kids friendly and great location will recommend this hotel with caution.

On the 3rd night, after shopping we arrived with hands full of bags, some of us carrying tired kids (4 kids!) and the doorman stood on the inside of the hotel and stared at us. Then walked away to attend to other people. When he finally walked back and opened the door for us, instead of helping to take the bags (they did this the past few days), he asked me to step aside to do security check on my bags. The other people who were ahead of me, breezed through without any checks. Once i started to question him, he quickly let me pass. The following morning breakfast was similar, the whole buffet area was so crowded and the staff were busy entertaining the bigger groups. As i understood, there was some VIP staying at the hotel on that day so it was very crowded but this behaviour was ridiculous. The difference in treatment was extremely obvious. Also, the family was split between 2 levels. However, we couldnt visit each other as access to the other levels was not allowed. Your key card could only access your room level.

I enjoyed the stay except for renovation noise, old facility

the location, breakfast , size of the rooms are good and the staff are good Raj kamal in the front office, Jai Ganesh of ES and the lady supervisor in the restaurant serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful

very old and needs to be renovated renovation is going on with drilling noise

The washroom is out of dated and room has musky smell.

I had a wonderful stay with my family.

Breakfast was gd.A wide variety of choices but as a person who does not take onion n garlic my choises were very very limited.Overall was gd.Very excellent n courtious staff at the restaurant.
