الفندق جميل

تعامل احد موظفي الاستقبال كان سيئ للغاية والاسباب 1-عند الاستقبال اعطيتة حجز بوكنغ للفندق واخبرنا انه لايوجد حجز لكم 2- حجز لنا غرف وزاد علينا في السعر 3- استقلال موظف الاستقبال لسوء الاحوال الجوية خلال هطول الامطار الغزيره على الامارت بشكل عام وعرض علينا غرف باسعار عالية

لا انصح به نهائيا

البق موجود بالفراش بكثرة وغير نظيف مما تسبب بلسعات جلدية شديدة اضطررنا بعدها لاستخدام العلاج وترك الفندق قبل انتهاء الحجز، الموقع غير مناسب ،مستواه لا يتعدى نجمتين ،ازعاج من قبل الأطفال بالممرات،لا يوجد مكواة للملابس وبعض الاكسسوارات المهمة في الغرفة ناقصة.السعر عالي بالنسبة للفندق ومستواه حصلنا على فنادق بسعر أقل وخدمة احسن بكثير.ومستوى أعلى،لا يوجد أماكن للجلوس في الفندق مكان الاستقبال صغير جدا ولا يوجد كوفي شوب للجلوس والاستمتاع داخل الفندق مما يضطرك للخروج دائما لشرب فنجان قهوة.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable and the staff were very accommodating. We'll be Back.

Mr. Mustafa is very helpful and kind. He gave us a nice room with a beautiful creek view. Additionally, he allowed us a late check-out, and when we forgot our laundry after checking out, Mr. Mustafa kindly received it on our behalf. Thank you, Mr. Mustafa. In addition, Mr. Shahid and Mr. Shahad were very helpful. Mr. Shahid always assisted us with everything we needed in the room, and Mr. Shahad helped us with our luggage during check-in and check-out.

Almost everything was perfect. However, some of the lights in the room were not working, and the room service was delayed in delivering the food for iftar break. Furthermore, the soup and bread were served cool.

It was meant to be a a comfort short stay for EID but it was just uncomfortable and annoying

The space and location

Rust in water, cigarette and mold smell. AC system goes of and on all the time even its not on auto. The temperature keep resetting it self. The poor hygiene and we all got back home sick.

Won’t came again

Almost nothing, security stuff are very friendly

We came as a couple, but in the room was only 1 pc of everything The reception didn’t tell nothing about the hotel, where is the pool, where is the spa and so on. You should ask them about everything. I asked to call a taxi, waited 1h, and nothing, I called Uber. Had no shower head holder, broken. The warm water is starting after 5 min of cold one

Malgré tous ces petits désagréments, notre séjour a été agréable

Bien situé , mais l environnement proche était sale; notre fenêtre donnait sur une petite rue et sur l immeuble en face tres sale et apparemment non habité, au moins au niveau de notre étage 9, nous avons donc laissé les rideaux de la chambre fermés.

Nous aurions aimé une explication au niveau de l allumage; nous avons eu de l eau froide et le miroir éclairant de la salle de bain ne s allumait pas, nous pensons qu il s agissait peut être que d une question d interrupteur. La douche mériterait d avoir une douchette. Nous avions réservé, suite à votre proposition, un buffet pour un soir, l hotesse nous a indiqué qu il n y avait pas de buffet le soir.....

4 words. We enjoyed our stay.

I like the staff. They were accommodating and friendly. The receptionists at the counter were kind and patient. We were immediately attended by Ms Maria, Ms Reyca and Mr Ariel when we reached for our breakfast in the dining area. The food was superb as it served international menu. The room is clean and is spacious compared to most of the hotels we have been in Sharjah. Mr Raju from housekeeping was very helpful to attend to our needs like extra towel, water and some slippers. We were also assisted by the valet parking team when we checked out. We had a good experience. We hope to stay in the same hotel in our future visit.

We requested for non-smoking room however we were given a room that smell like someone had smoked cigarette. It was taken cared of by the hotel by spraying fragrances but the cigarette smell was still there. One of the pillows we used had some funny smell too. I was expecting it to have fresh smell. But overall our experience was great.

It was ok

The staff are very friendly , the room was good not foul smell , they gave complimentary birthday cake for my daughter .

That the jacuzi, sauna n steam is not operating and no information was shared from website to check in time , swimming was cold as per life guard 29 is the standard tem, with the weather right now it’s really cold all in all apart from from n meals I did not enjoy any facility , which they compensated by offering complimentary lunch

Great comfort

Kind, quick and effective staff. Room very spacious ana perfectly equipped. Comfortable bed. It was a nice surprise to find everything set for a romantic night, unfortunately we were in mourning for the King of Italy, they were very sensitive to quickly remove all the festival apparel.

موقع الفندق ممتاز كل الخدمات قريبه منكم مثل مطعم برجر كنج و سوبرماركت الاطلاله للغرفه بريميوم جدا ممتاز لكن زجاج النافذه مو نظيف اكل الروم سيرفز جيد جدا

دورة مياه غرفة النوم لم تكن نظيفه بالشكل المطلوب عند الدخول الفندق مو على الشارع العام مباشرة

Hotel nicht empfehlenswert. 5 Sterne nicht korrekt.

Das Bad war gut.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Viel zu weit von Dubai entfernt. Schlechter Service. Personal unfreundlich. Das Hotel riecht seltsam; Zimmer ebenfalls. Raucherzimmer. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Klimaanlage laut. Aufgrund des schlechten Geruchs wirkt insgesamt alles schmuddlig. Klimaanlage zu laut, nicht manuell korrigierbar. Hotel hat alles, ist jedoch für 5 Sterne geschmacklos eingerichtet. Eher 3 Sterne. Keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Hôtel proche de la corniche

Bon hôtel bien placé à quelques m de la corniche. Calme et confortable.

Eau chaude compliquée à venir. Pas de possibilité de laisser la voiture au parking pour un jour supplementaire apres notre depart alors que nous revenions au même hôtel le jour d'après. Petit dej pas mal mais, sans plus.

فندق ممتاز للعائلات

طاقم متميز . المسبح مناسب للاطفال يبدء من عمق 0.8 متر و الى 1.5 متر . و يوجد اخر صغير للاطفال الاقل طولا . الغرفه مريحه و واسعه و توجد بها اريكة جلوس و شاشتين للتلفاز . دورة المياه يوجد بها بانيو و كذلك دش استحمام ممتاز . و الافطار جيد متنوع و بسعر جيد 50 درهم هذه لم تكن زيارتي الاولى . الموقع جيد لمن يرغب بالتنقل بين دبي و الشارقه

كل شي جميل ونظيف وسوف اكرر الزياره فيه ان شاءالله

كل شي كان ممتاز وخاصه الموظفه في الاستقبال المصريه نسيت اسمها كانت مره متعاونه ومبتسمه والصراحه جميع الموظفين في الفندق متعاونين

غير مطل على البحيره مباشره والفلبينيه الي في الفطور اذا باقي عشر دقايق توقف على راسنا تبيك بس تخلص كانك ماكل على حسابها ولا جاي بيتها غير مريحه ابد

Comida poco variada. Cada dia lo mismo.si te toca una habitación con vista por detrás , solo oirás ruido de obras y tendras que tener la cortina cerrada para que no te vean los que viven enfrente

Very disappointing not 5 🌟 not good for European travellers

The view from pool

We were put in a smokers room, we had no choice, I stank of stale cigarettes which made feel nauseous and tainted our clothes. We couldn’t put air con on higher without calling reception,which they did not adjust properly,because it was so cold in room the bed felt and smelt damp constantly. It took 10 minutes for bath to get hot.. in the ladies spa area no facilities at all were working. The young girl at reception was very matter-of-fact and blasé the way she conducted her work. No windows to open to air room
