Breakfast had a really wide variety of Japanese and European options too. It's great to not be limited to just croissants and cereals.

The location was ideal as it is near the station. Convenience stores are nearby. Yodobashi is also across the street.

Limited laundry/drier within the building. There were many guests who wanted to use it but there were only 2.

The location is near the train station so it's easy to go around. Also there is a Matsuya beside it which has relatively cheaper meals. I also liked that there is a humidifier which helped a lot in keeping my nose and throat less dry during winter.

They only have tap water so if you want mineral water you have to buy at the nearby convenience store which is fine with us but might not be ok for others.

Location was near Hakata Station. A nearby Family Mart and Lawson were also available. The heater in the bathroom sink and bath heats up real fast, so that was nice and we appreciated that since we visited during winter season.

Breakfast selection was very limited in terms of variety. We were there for 5 days, but we only availed 2 out of 5 times on our trip. Although the free coffee and donuts in the reception was very thoughtful.

the bed was extremely comfortable, even for two guests. really appreciated the variety of pillow available. the breakfast was also a great value, with a wide, comfortable dining area and a generous amount of time to eat.

the room’s chair, while comfortable, made it challenging to move through the room when not in use.

Spacious room, very comfortable. Basic amenities but also include free drinks and coffee machine (in lobby). During our stay there was also extra ice cream buns for everyone. 10 minutes walk to the station passing Yodabashi and FamilyMart. Could get a little dark at night but still safe.

Great location, close proximity to convenience stores and restaurants, as well as a five minutes walk to Hakata station. The room was simple but clean and functional, several beauty amenities and complimentary coffee were available at the entrance. For their summer campaign, the hotel gifted customers with two choux cream and a bottle of water. There is also a Menu app discount available.
