Love the view of the hotel and location. Sadly our room was facing a construction site.

The room has a weird odor as soon as we checked in, it was late when I arrived so I didn’t request a room change. But the odor did not go away at all during my stay, I wonder if it was from the housekeeping person? The room is smaller than I expected, not enough room for 2 big suitcases. The pajamas provided was not comfortable, fabric was not soft at all. It would be nice if hotel can provide body lotion given the low humidity in the room. Our room was facing a construction site and the noise starts every morning from 8-9am. Avoid the odd number rooms

Very nice view. Friendly staff

Staff could have been more accommodating, could’ve taken our big ski bags up to our room but did not offer. We also were the only people at the bar and wait times were too long for a simple drink.

I absolutely loved the view and size of the room, especially for a Japanese hotel. My friend and I were also lucky enough to see a live performance on the hotel piano by a music duo! Rooms were clean and the lounge facilities were to our needs. The rate I paid though was much lower than the current listed price so I may be biased.

The fitness centre lacked quite a lot of equipment, with the arm weights only going up to 10kg. The ventilation in the lobby and our room when left without power also would get quite stuffy. I'm being nitpicky at this point.

新しく、清潔である。 場所は新橋、内幸町両方近く、食べる場所も多く便利である。 近くにコンビニ、ドラッグストア、スーパーなどあり便利である。 コインランドリーがあり、長期滞在には便利である。 喫煙所があり、助かった。

ロビーが１８階にあり、出入りするたびにフロントの方が声かけてくれるのがちょっとウザかった。　セキュリティの問題などあるんだとは思うが、あの前を通るのがおっくうで、一度自室に戻ると、再外出するのがおっくうに感じた。

Despite the bad hygiene and cleanliness, these are the plus points. The location is at Ginza, 10 min walk from Shimbashi station. It’s a lively location with lots of good food and shopping nearby. Lawson is also just downstairs. Staff are very professional and polite.

You would be rolling the dice when staying here. The absolute dealbreaker for us is the pungent foul smell of body odor in the room that will not go away. It is so thick that it is choking. We booked a double room for 5 nights and the room had a horrific smell. I thought that perhaps I was being dramatic and that I would get used to this smell because who would have thought that a 4 star hotel in Ginza could smell this bad? And I really liked this hotel’s plus points. I forced myself to stay in the room for about 15 minutes and I ran out of the room in tears, coughing and nauseous. The putrid smell of body odor was so thick it was like vapor on my tongue and filled my lungs, it was so putrid, tears could not stop flowing out of my eyes. My husband could not stand the smell either. This was our honeymoon trip since Covid and we paid more for this premium hotel. The receptionist was very professional and apologetic. She assigned us another room and it still had the same stench. We decided to let the room ventilate and sprayed the room using half a bottle of their deodorizer, perhaps no one was using the room for a while. We went for dinner and came back, the stench was still there. I could not believe what I was smelling and the poor hygiene and cleanliness standards that this hotel has. This hotel needs to have proper ventilation and cleanliness standards to clear out the smell. She showed us 2 more rooms, and the last one still had the stench but lesser. It was barely bearable. I’m currently pregnant and I could not sleep the whole night because I kept getting woken up by wafts of the putrid stench. It was so bad I started burning up a fever due to jet lag and lack of sleep. I sent the hotel management a long appeal to refund us and thank goodness they refunded us for the remaining 4 nights. We moved out immediately and found another hotel on booking.com and I was so traumatized I asked to smell the room first.

南側の部屋に宿泊。客室は全て高層階ですので窓からは都心の絶景が見られます。夜のレストランも利用しましたが、先述の絶景を見ながらの食事は最高です。朝ごはんも充実しており、ビュッフェ形式で和食・洋食どちらでも展開できます。

Room was clean. Location between Ginza ans Shimbashi is nice. Hotel facilities is ok for the price.

Hotel refused refunding for breakfast ticket which were not used. They should notify about their non-refundable system at ordering breakfast tickets by booking the hotel. So be aware when you order it. They are not very good at communicating through emails (especially through booking.com) when you really need their answers. Another disappontment wast that during our stay the hotel staff promised us to bring an extra comforter because of our family members illness, but they ingored we got no extra comforter.

Beautiful hotel in very good location. Room had a gorgeous view of Shinbashi. Subway is close by with easy access to lines going to Shibuya and Keisei-Ueno. Very tasty breakfast, with a decent amount of vegetarian options. The tea available was some of the best we've had. Rooms were very equipped with a TV with streaming support, so I could use my phone to watch sports in the evening.

I would've liked more vegan breakfast options.

Bed very hard and without good pillows made it difficult to sleep. Not good offerings in restaurant. Air conditioning in rooms didn’t seem to be working well so would get hot/stuffy at night even in cold weather

Staff were excellent and the room itself was comfortable. I liked the separate shower which helped reduce condensation.

Our first room had a body odor / sweaty smell about it. They were very accommodating to let us switch rooms but then the second room also had a smell. I think it’s the wallpaper?

Dinner at the restaurant was overpriced, small portioned and tasteless.

Localização, atendimento, atenção nas instalações. Ter máquinas de lavar roupa foi decididamente um diferencial. Ter máquinas de venda de beverages é outro diferencial. Deixar adaptador de tomada no quarto para hóspedes, idem.

Apesar de o anúncio prometer uma cama King, a cama era no máximo queen. Apesar disso, confortável e nova.

Отличное месторасположение! Лучше сложно придумать! Фантастический вид из номера. Можно сидеть часами и любоваться) вкусный завтрак, помалкивай персонал!

This hotel had a really decent sized room with an amazing view of the city. I found the location to be very good as we had the Subway on one side and also the main Shimbashi station on the other. That area also had plenty of food options. The buffet breakfast was very good. Also, the best bathroom on our trip.

Hôtel choisi pour sa vue. Encore plus surprenante et époustouflante que prévu ! de jour comme de nuit ! Très bonne situation, tout près de la gare de Shimbashi. Lobby de décor de cinéma, très agréable. Chambre confortable avec vue magnifique. Personnel sympathique. Superbe petit déjeuner. Très beau lieu pour terminer notre séjour au Japon.
