The room was lovely. It overlooked the river. But being older we could have used brighter lights.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast is perfect and includes a lot of options. Coffee is good:) The view from the suite was fantastic. Staff is helpful and we liked the kitty who lived there. Also the reception space is very cozy and the atmosphere is relaxing

the parking was horrible and the room was against the breakfast area. we went to bed late being New Year’s Eve and was woken to voices and loudness sue to breakfast at 6. did not appreciate this at all. there should not be anyone against that wall where breakfast is it is not acceptable to be woken earlier than you want to be

clean and cozy

The common has always been a favorite location and property for myself and friends. The staff are always nice (Jackie and Jake, new Hire/ young lady and others). The location is close to family and friends and near places I visit with friends. The rooms are always super clean and cozy. The cleaning ladies are the best (two younger ladies Alexis and Kayla that assisted me were so nice and professional the best every stay) . My best friend and I enjoyed our stays and will continue to come back. The restaurant is also a favorite of mine. This time around the restaurant staff (Manager Sabrina) was extremely the best for assisting in helping me order food with superb customer service and the best welcoming personality (other managers should learn from you). Thank you common staff! Happy New year!

There was a mix up with our reservations when we arrived and that was very frustrating but Jake was very helpful and understanding and thank you for finding us a room with good accommodations! The breakfast is always a nightmare at the common man the area is too small and some guest are not aware of their surroundings and tend to take up all the tables for their own families not good, the breakfast I so wish was in the restaurant not near main lobby entrance huge disadvantage.

We like this hotel. This was our 4th stay there. However, it's getting older, and it's starting to show in the rooms.

Keeping a steady temperature in the suite was difficult. It got very warm in the downstairs part. We ended up sleeping in the extra bed instead of the king because that's where we could control the temperature. Had to put the ac on.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and hotel was accommodating to my needs. Will definitely book there again.
