The Dewberry is an exceptional hotel. we have stayed at multiple hotels in Charleston and this by far was the best so far. Staff, food and drinks were top notch!
no pool for a hot summer day, but not a deal breaker.

I loved the decor and vibe of the hotel. the downstairs bar/lounge and the lovely rooftop bar with gorgeous views!
The bed was very comfortable, very nice sheets and the Dewberry bathroom amenities had a lovely scent
I dropped a vitamin in the bathroom and saw hair and pubic hair that wasn’t mine. That turned my stomach.
Service at the rooftop bar was very slow.
My cocktail was served with my salad.

Room was great, Dining Room downstairs was great. Having the cars available was so terrific. Staff was very friendly.
I did not like the food at the rooftop bar....limited menu and wasn't terrific.
Was somewhat far from downtown necessitating rides everywhere.

It was a spacious suite. The standard room was very small and not worth the high price. Hotel is centrally located. Staff was very friendly. The food was solid as well.
Pricing of the room, for the size. I didn’t like our extremely noisy neighbors for $1,000+ spend per evening, after taxes and other fees. Plus they closed today, when our flight was canceled, so had to switch hotels.

This was a beautiful property. We had an amazing room with a view of the city. One of the best roof top bars as well.

room service took a while and order was wrong. some usb plugs don’t work, no plugs in tv area, safe had to be fixed and light in bathroom went out.

the chairs in the living room restaurant could be more comfortable and maybe bigger tables so a large party can fit better.
