Decent place in not the best location.

Room was rather large and had a kitchenette.

Rooms were serviced only every other day. Hotel location itself is not great. Many homeless and overall somehow depressing atmosphere. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and communication was non existent. Creepy experience. I will look somewhere else for my next stay in San Fran.

Spacious room, good location.

The location is best. Powell St. is a block away. The room is spacious, much more so than in most hotels in downtown. Housekeeping is only once in a six-day stay, and each extra housekeeping service costs $50 or so. But you can ask them to change towels and empty trash cans for free. The latter service is as good as (to me even better than) the full housekeeping. There is a refrigerator, a big microwave, a coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. Although there is no electric kettle, you can use the microwave. There is a large working desk, which is good for business travelers.

Note that while the address is Post St., but the entrance is in Mason St. The airport pick up driver did not know it and wandered around the district. There is no central control switch for the lightings in the room. When you go to bed, you have to walk around the room to turn off every switch in the room. However, this was not a big deal.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was good. Staff at front desk were attentive.

Housekeeping were not very attentive - ended up cleaning our own room a few times. The location, though good could also be an issue as if you stray too far you may end up in the rough part of town.

Superb

Nice hotel close to Union Square and Powel st/Market public transit. Clean and nice room with kitchenette. Sofabed not so comfortable, but most of them are not. Nice "Club room" on top floor with seating area and coffee/tea.

location is just past the edge of the tenderloin, will see fair amount of homeless wanderers at night, feels unsafe in the dark.

Location, the size of the room

Windows are not isolated enough, we felt wind coming in, it was also noisy as there was some road works outside during the day. Generally the hotel needs some refurbishment as it looks dated and should have deeper cleaning.

the property is very central and we could walk to most places of interest. the bed is large and comfy.

we work remotely and the internet was unstable. we complained and were told that there was an issue with the internet in the area, not only at this property. we had to purchase a wifi hotspot so we could do our work and the management waived one night. overall we are pleased with the outcome.

Pleasantly surprised

the room was spacious and clean, the kids area was a bonus I didn’t know about and kids loved it. Staff were super nice and helpful too.

I felt a bit claustrophobic in the bathroom and the hairdryer cord was too short

We truly enjoyed staying here. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Oue room was comfortable and spacious.

Beautiful, clean friendly and helpful staff, nice room, good coffee, beautiful view from the upstairs lounge area. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is on a main street and a bit noisy in the rooms facing the street

Great location, close to Union Square. spacious room , friendly staff, nice space upstairs on roof

Room was noisy with street noise, $50 per day to park the car which wasn’t clear when I booked, gym & spa very small. no maid service unless you specifically ask for it- we were there 4 days.

Comfortable, relaxing, easy.

Nice decor, comfortable bedding and pillows, great mini kitchen area with real glasses, plates, etc. I loved the roof top area with free hot drinks. plus we enjoyed playing some board games too.

No bath tub in the room.
