Overpriced and loud

Clean, nice staff

Sooo loud, the club was below our room and we didn’t get a wink of sleep until 230am. Our entire room was vibrating. And the rooms were SO expensive!

So great for concert access

Loved the Yeti cooler in the room. So much better than a fridge!

Second reserved room was not as requested (two queens)

Clean, friendly staff. great location.

immaculately clean. friendly staff. quiet and peaceful. great location, close to restaurants.

Only that the lounge wasn’t open on Monday and Tuesdays. We happened to be staying there on a Monday and Tuesday.

Pleasant

Friendly staff, clean rooms

Noisy. We could hear the screaming child in the room next door, every time people were walking and talking in the hallways we could hear it. doors slamming in the hallways. Also I heard clanking and clunking all night long, like pipes clanking. Rain-head showers are pretty but not everyone likes that, I would have preferred to have a handheld as well. Location. I didn’t like that it was shared with a casino which I didn’t understand that it was a shared building. Drunk and rude clientele around, I would say it’s not very kid friendly. It was also weird having to explain to the uber drivers every time I needed to be picked up that they had to come into the parking structure. Also I did bring a car and the valet was never around to get the car.

The Perfect Stay

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The lounge areas and location are unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again and again.

A great overnight stay when attending a concert next door.

Location, Style (everything about this hotel is so swanky), Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Comfortable beds/pillows. High end fixtures.

Our room was directly above the D6 Lounge so the music was heard very clearly until 1am. Our server at the D6 Lounge was not good. The valet employee broke my keyring by trying to rip the elastic band off rather than cut it. (Just a note for future!) I wish there were more food options open past 12am.

Amazing and memorable

Rodolfo was tremendously helpful, truly the backbone of the hotel, the most polite and helpful member of staff I have come across went above and beyond to help me with all my requests

Gym was not great lacked proper equipment

Let down.

Location is great. They allowed a late checkout, although we're rude to us when we requested it lol.

Small rooms, poor service (mixed up a room service order), didn't have a mini bar.

Amazing hotel and location.

Great location for the concert at BC place and great restaurants.

The bathroom wasn't totally clean. They didn't clean the soap holder in the shower and it had conditioner on it from the last guest. I'm being picky but that just shouldn't happen.
