Exceptional,thankyou for the great stay

Location, breakfast damn amazing ,wow breakfast.room was immaculate and the team members were very accommodating. Nothing bad to say . This hotel is first class and worth every penny .bed was huge and soooo very comfortable

A little noisy with the trains even though we were on the 13th floor . Not much could be done

受付スタッフの対応が最悪だった。特に女性の受付スタッフの対応、態度が本当に不快だった。便利でロケーションはよいが、値段に見合わない内装・サービス。普段こういう口コミを書かないが、今回ばかりは残念だった。値段の高い部屋しか空いていなかったので、せっかくなら良い気分で最後まで過ごしたかった。もう利用したいという気分にはなれない。

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Everything about this hotel is perfect - location, comfortable beds, delicious and generous breakfasts, tasty western-style dinner with a Japanese twist and exceptional staff.

There’s absolutely nothing to dislike.

Прекрасно все, особенно вид из номера 1202. Не жалейте ¥ и бронируйте угловой номер с видом. Он того стоит. Гинза и все магазины рядом. Метро рядом, JR линия рядом. Я в восторге. Завтрак прекрасен. Уровень отеля тоже соответствует LHW. Не понимаю почему они до сих пор не прошли его сертификацию. Это 5 звезд без нареканий. 10 из 10. В следующий раз только сюда.

Was good and will stay again next time in Tokyo

Location is fantastic and super convenient. Literally atop the Ginza station. Lots to eat and shop within a 5min walking radius.

It was hard to get a cab and there's no parking if you drive.

Outstanding well priced hotel in supurb location

We recently completed a three week trip around Japan and stayed at the Gate Hotel on our last two nights in Japan. This well priced hotel was located in the heart of the Ginza district. They provided a Luxurious experience from the moment you walk into the lobby and are greeted by the friendly staff. The rooms have outstanding views of the surrounding neighbourhood. The hotel lobby is comfortable, with huge glass windows to enjoy the surrounding sights and you have access to a terrace outside the lobby or on the 13th floor where you can sit and enjoy a drink. Hotel features a lovely restaurant, which serves exquisite breakfast each day, and the room was comfortable quiet and well appointed. What a great way to wrap up a long pleasant journey, but the one that left us tired and thankful to have the opportunity rest well at the gate hotel

Great hotel in an amazing location with various metro stops

Large confortable rooms in a great location in Ginza. Very nice decorated lobby with a terrace. Very helpful staff.

very average hotel with no facilities or services

This property is well below average for the price charged. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. There is no services or facilities and they wanted to charge me 700yen to get some milk to make coffee in the room, a total disgrace.

there is no services or facilities, no room service, no concierge service, no skills at all by reception staff for basic information such as were to get tours from, in fact the English was so poor they didn't even understand it

Modern hotel, excellent breakfast, a fantastic experience

Location is convenient: hotel entrance is directly outside exit A1 of Ginza station. Hotel staff - reception and hotel restaurant - are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is spectacular - honey fresh off the honeycomb was a unique highlight! I also liked the fact that the selection is quite small / targeted, so there is not a lot of wasted food. There are pastries and fresh fruit salad that only gets replenished once it is empty so that none of the fruit becomes soggy. Cleanliness is excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The room has a special air cleaner, which helped lower the moisture after showering. Longer stays give you helpful benefits like free tea and coffee in the lobby area, which is a nice touch. The hotel is very modern - everything feels fresh and new.

The 8 train tracks running outside the hotel mean that there is a near-constant level of ambient noise but it didn’t bother us. For people sensitive to noise maybe a high floor would be helpful.

the perfect hotel for us

it’s the perfect location-close to multiple subways and the Yamanote line. lots of food options. a beautiful hotel with spacious and gorgeous rooms

Location of the hotel was great being so close to shopping and multiple stations. Staff was very friendly and room very clean.

Our rooms 1211 and 1219 were facing the train tracks and we could hear trains go by every minute. It was fairly loud and I would have liked a quieter room.

Perfect Tokyo stay

Very comfortable room, with all facilities. Excellent location near Ginza Metro and JR Yurakucho station. Very nice lobby, lovely staff. Breakfast area nice, though only western style option, with good coffees.

Lovely staff. Beautiful foyer. Limited food options.

Lovely foyer and nice restaurant. Very kind staff. They allowed a late checkout and were very helpful. Delicious breakfast with real honey comb and fresh honey!

No room service.No food in the day except for set menu lunch. Room was fine but small but maybe it’s not small for Tokyo.

They left a message in my room to say that I had a box delivered to the hotel and they were holding it for me . The guy

Nothing special . The photographs are deceiving and for the price I paid it’s ridiculous. They even asked me to pay up in full as soon as I checked in .

No cab drivers can find this place despite using GPS and the cabs I took were S-Rides . You rated it 10 higher than Keio Plaza, New Otani , Prince Park Tower , and even Okura . you gotta be kidding . you even gave it 5 stars and mentioned wow Ginza … that’s a con .

The hotel staff were amazing. The hotel is in the Ginza area with easy transportation by subway. Beautiful views from main floor as well as outdoor tables with a great view. Loved this hotel.

Stylish hotel with gracious staff in great location in Tokyo’s Ginza district.

Great location and easy access from Ginza Station. Great bar - best (Havana) rum and coke, with a hint of lime juice, I have had at any bar in any location I have been to around the world! Comfortable, spacious room, great service.

Took us a while to figure out the air conditioning - room was initially a bit too hot.
