The hotel was wonderful, the staff was very attentive, the location was within walking distance of all entertainment and dining.

Shower water pressure to low and permanently changing temperature. No coffee maker in the room and no complementary coffee delivered to the room! Personal reacted completely indifferent when bringing up these points

Great location and beautiful hotel - lots of history to this hotel and it has been beautifully renovation. Has a traditional feel with service standards to match - good old fashioned personalised service. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much to ask of them. Great housekeeping team. Good value on the rates we got on Booking.com.

Really surprised that there is no coffee machine or tea kettle in the room so no way to make coffee or tea for yourselves in the morning. There is a cafe downstairs with free hot drinks for residents but you have to get up and dressed before your first hot drink of the day.
