Beautiful property, excellent customer service and delicious food!!

The staff are amazing, so warm and down to earth and helpful.

The lights in the room and the elevators operated oddly and inconsistently.

Beautiful hotel in an older downtown building. The staff was amazing. I was traveling with my old German Shepherd and everyone treated her wonderfully. Very dog friendly place. The breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was delicious. It is clear that a lot of pride for the hotel exists among the staff. Easy free street parking on weekend. Room was comfortable and very stylish. Great place.

Exceptional

The attention to detail, from the reception and the front desk personnel hospitality, the furnishing, the humor in the markings of the doors for storage, to the little details like the organization or the general aesthetic of the room. Everything was perfect during our stay. Even when the room service took a little longer than expected, they immediately went to see what had happened and hurried our order. We're planning to return to the hoxton next year in our yearly vacations, since we absolutely loved it.

Clean room

There were protesters rallying at the hotel next to the Hoxton and I was put right at the corner room where the noise it at maximum. A warning would have been nice, it was 2 mornings of me getting bad headaches from the early morning noise. No earlplugs and no other available room.

Staff everywhere (restaurants, lounge, front desk) were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Both restaurants were excellent!

Needed a primer to figure how to turn lights off and on. Could have used more towels. A small dresser to store folded clothing would be good.

I liked the location. It's an easy walk to a lot of things. It's a very calm atmosphere in the hotel which is great. The staff were all friendly and did their best to be helpful when issues arose.

My room didn't have space for me to put my suitcase anywhere. So I laid it on the floor in the only area that made sense, but that also meant not being able to walk around the bed. It was a very narrow space in general, which for the price was surprising. I needed the handyman to come up twice, once for the phone which couldn't dial any number including 0, and the second time for the safe which needed its batteries changing. When I went to bed after a long trip and working for few hours, I found that the flood lights for the parking lot across the street shone right through the window and the curtains weren't enough to keep them out as for some reason they didn't meet in the middle. Left the hotel pretty tired. This stuff seems pretty elemental and sadly it was my one night there with no opportunity to rectify it the next day by, maybe, changing rooms. It just struck me as style over substance, or maybe I just had the bad luck of getting the room by the elevator shaft.

Stunning, easy. amazing!

I came down with an illness that took my entire family out a day before my sisters wedding. I racked my brain and decided to check out some local hotels close to their venue so they could leave the reception and spend some quality time together! From start to finish the Hoxton was AMAZING. They allowed me to book via booking.com (even being across the country). The bride and groom got to the hotel and said it smelled amazing, the staff was SO pleasant and that the room was absolutely to die for. I can't wait to visit myself!!! Thank you Hoxton LA for making a crappy situation better! Truly amazing experience on all ends!

Truly delightful

it was beautifully designed in a historic building that was previously a train station. Our room was extremely spacious, comfortable, pristine and elegant. Bed was huge and very comfortable and there was a seating area near the windia. Shower area was spacious and lovely- separate from bathroom and had a rain shower head. Views of city and surrounding neighborhood was really neat. Cafe for espresso and adjacent seating area was also lovely in the morning. Location allowed quick access to Chinatown, Arts District, Silver Lake and West Hollywood. Every team member was welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful/responsive.

Decor, and service was Perfection

The room was beautiful and the staff was so kind to me and my fiancé. They even upgraded our room! This was my anniversary gift to my partner and we both enjoyed our stay.

Very good

The staff is one of the best out of any of the hotels I've stayed at. Beds were fantastic

Showers were difficult to adjust temp and mostly changed on their own without making any adjustments. Pressure was great though
