Disappointing.

The staff is very accommodating and nice, the rooms are spacious and well-decorated at an affordable rate and the location is close to our daughter’s house.

We were rousted from our beds on two consecutive nights (Friday and Saturday) of the four we spent there by fire alarms going off and exhorted to evacuate the building. The first was explained as a false alarm perpetrated by some party goer; the second by someone smoking in their room, which seemed non-credible. I suspected an electrical problem since one lamp in our room seemed to have an intermittent short in the circuit. This is the second time we have stayed at the Jung. Previously, we couldn’t use the pool because the water was cloudy. It seems the hotel is woefully understaffed and daily maintenance is lacking.

Spacious rooms in nice hotel 2-blocks from French Quarter

Very large spacious room (with a large pillar near middle of room for some reason). Large long bathroom with two sinks. Really good in-room slow-brew coffee machine. Good coffee shop.

excellent location,l with large, spacious rooms

excellent location and friendly staff. we had a double shower (with double shower heads) and a BERY large room with an iron, intoning board, fridge, coffee maker and toiletries.

the fridge was rattling so we disconnected it.

Location for the main attractions. Going to the Taxi rank ordering your taxi and the hotel ordering your taxi for the same flat rate. Tram on door step into city centre 10 minutes . Walking distance to sports arenas

Convenient location, large rooms but service is quite bad.

The room was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. The location was very convenient to get to the French Quarter walking, and we also found some cheap parking nearby.

When we checked in, they could not find our reference and made it sound as if we didn't have a reservation even though we had the confirmation on booking.com. The room was not very clean, there were sticky soda stains on the surfaces. I also found some hair in the bathroom and one of the towels was completely torn. When the room cleaning came, they took away some towels but didn't replace them so we were left without a bathroom mat. They also didn't clean the stains. They didn't even come to make the room the second day. I complained to the front desk and offered us a small refund to compensate but I had to chase by phone and this refund was not in the file so had to complain again. It can also be quite noisy with people walking and talking in the corridors at night.

if valet were included in the price worth it. otherwise save your money and go elsewhere.

close to downtown. big room. clean.

no designated parking. valet only and it is not included in the price. the valet staff are reckless with the cars they are driving. we got our car back after one night being in valet and all the items were scattered about as if they were taking sharp turns or doing crazy moves in the car. that stuff stays still when we drive.

Security of using your key to use the elevator, large room, comfortable mattress, shower interior is beautiful, valet guys always opened the front door for you and greeted you. Housekeeping staff in the lobby greeted you too. Roof top pool is so nice but it was so cold. Loved the gym.

The shower water and both sink faucets would not turn hot nor Luke warm. There’s only one trash can in this large room. Refrigerator didn’t work. Bed spread/ duvet was the wrong size which was annoying. No blow dryer. No smart tvs so no Netflix just basic cable. Since it rained we wanted to stay in and have movie night. $25 early check in fee. One microwave for this big hotel That’s on the 2nd floor.

The elevators could use some inspecting. Noisy, broken hand rails, door closed but struggled to the last few inches.

Amazing stay, highly recommended!

Amazing room. Best bed I’ve slept on. Super clean and spacious. Next to Bourbon Street, easy and short walk to those neighbourhood.

No window in our room. would have enjoyed a window.
