It was fine for one night but nothing outstanding

Bathrooms on main floor dirty smelly and no toilet paper or towels. Kitchen was never open when they said it was suppose to be. No services at the hotel before 4pm

Excellent and memorable!

One of the most unique hotels we’ve stayed in over the years! It makes me think of the French Quarter in New Orleans! Incredibly cute! Incredible staff!

You could hear the street noises even though we were up four floors. But we didn’t mind it. If I needed a lot of rest, however, it would probably annoy me.

This was a good stay with a few cons

It was a good location and overall a good stay

For the price I expected a cleaner room. There were dust bunnies and the desk felt grime like it hadn’t been cleaned. Our tv also didn’t work.

We had a nice stay and slept well, and we loved the aesthetics of the hotel!

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed, from the valets to the front desk to housekeeping. Love the old vibe of the place while being tastefully updated. The location was an easy walk to the venue where we were attending a dance competition.

Our toilet was dirty and the floors in our room didn't appear to be cleaned before our checkin. There were pieces of what looked like trail mix on the floor in the bathroom under the vanity, and I had to use a wipe I had on hand to clean the toilet seat. We didn't say anything, because we got in kind of late.

An overall good stay for two nights.

It had a nice view. The bed was comfortable. The whole room was nicely decorated and came with a coffee bar. Everything looked updated and modern.

There was no mini fridge or microwave in the deluxe king room.

Hotel Facility was attractive and the staff was polite and responsive.

Hotel room size was quite large, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk area was attractive, well maintained and the staff was welcoming.

The hotel is located in a very busy restaurant/bar district. My particular Saturday night stay was quite loud from the traffic, even with a higher floor level. Likely not an issue during the week.

Overall, great visit!

The building was beautiful (love the historic element of it all!), the lobby was funky/fun, room was gorgeous & great view of the city. Food in the restaurant was yummy.

Although the room was large, beautifully decorated, & the bath was just as accommodating, the air in the room could have been better. We left the thermostat on 70° & it would randomly go from 72°-68°. It was very humid in the room which made sleeping uncomfortable at times. The food was great in the restaurant but there was only one woman working & we waited for awhile to get anything (coffee, food, water).

i definitely will go back and recommend it next time I will check out the bar and food menu

I love the design of the place and the color scheme and the design of the room and the bed was comfortable and very large room.

I didn’t like that it didn’t have a pool or fitness center and I didn’t know where to find the ice machine and the window are thin u can hear everything outside and not having a fridge and microwave kinda sucks, but beside that it was great

Do not book this hotel because you think it is a hilton brand

The hotel is grossly overpriced. It is situated in downtown Birmingham but not in a good area. The staff were ill informed about street names (that the hotel was located on) or safety for single travellers. On arrival, I was told my room had been cancelled despite emailing to advise of my late arrival. It was rectified but no apology offered. The single window in the room looked onto a brick wall. There were no bathroom accessories - tissues and toilet paper. There was a single towel. I stayed for 5 days and the bin was never emptied nor coffee pods restocked. Simply awful

It's a very cute hotel. I enjoyed my room and would certainly stay again.

It is a small hotel and an older space that is being renovated. The modern updates are very nice. The room was beautiful! The lobby is quite small and there is really no restaurant (it's definitely more of a boutique hotel). Nice bar, strong drinks! There are restaurants in walking distance. I would certainly stay there again!

There is still some renovating ongoing. But it was not noisy. The path to the elevator takes you to what appears to be a space in between two buildings. The elevator seemed old and slow but got the job done. I'm sure it's on the list for future updates.

The location was nice.

Valet parking process needs improvement. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a text confirming valet parking. I used the app requesting my vehicle the next morning. When arriving to the valet station, I discovered the number assigned to my keys did not match the number I received when confirming via text message. The attendant took me for my word on what vehicle was mine.
