Great family vocation

Excellent hotel in Xintiandi

Great location with all the restaurant/bars/shops in very close proximately Staff couldn't do enough for you, very helpful and professional Clean and comfortable rooms We used the spa which was also excellent service and facilities. Easy to book appointments prior to arrival

Only fault is that I found the room a little bit too dark, ideal for sleeping but not so great when getting ready to go out

Great location and great service from the concierge, hotel could use a refresh.

location is great, very central with lots of F&B around, breakfast quality and selection were excellent, although probably too expensive when paid at the hotel directly. concierge was also really helpful and kind.

staff at the check in was unclear and made the process slow and inefficient : we were surprised to have to pay for the full room fees upon check in and an additional 1000rmb/day for deposit. carpet in room and common areas does not feel very clean, coffee machine in room did not work and was only replaced after we've asked for it 3 times and escalated the issue. Wifi is too weak to support video call. overall the hotel feels a bit old, especially the bathroom and the TV that need an update. Wish they would be more sustainable and stop using one time use shampoo soap etc

Très bien situé en plein cœur de Shanghai, à côté d'un quartier pleins de bars et restaurants sympas. Personnel top, parlant anglais. Bon petit déjeuner. Large choix, occidental ou asiatique. Chambre assez calme par rapport à la localisation géographique.

way too over priced for what it is

asked for a quiet room before a long flight, still got given a room facing the noisy street. breakfast suppose to start at 6:30am but no staff around to serve.

I am glad to stay in Langham 👍

The location is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has good varieties. The room is clean, well equipped and best of all, has heated toilet.

This hotel is comfortable and it’s location at Xintiandi is excellent - very convenient to shopping and touring around.

Washroom facilities

The final sum of payment with extra services charges which was different from my initial expectation (I thought tax and charges are already included) during the booking made me confused.

Excellent spot if you like the more classy side

Good location if you like atmosphere it’s the high end of shanghai. The bund nanjing road is two stops away line 10 on metro which is so easy. The Bund is a little tacky part of town besides the view at the Shanghai edition top floor which is tops… But if you like to have a night time coffee or smart casual eateries and go to a bar than stay here it’s buzzing every night. it’s a good place. Great Location but doesn't live up to the Langham name

Location is fantastic Fantastic view from the room The outdoor Tea Terrace serves the most amazing tea and the staff are very attentive

The outside reception is very congested, we had to exit our car and walk as there was too much traffic at the main entrance to Hotel Rooms are very small for China standards Front Desk Staff were ok but very cold reception as we were early - not a good start as I had booked 5 rooms! Told to go take a walk and come back later. No information on surrounding area was offered and we were hurriedly gotten rid of. Bed was so saggy on both sides, I had to move around to find a flat surface in the middle. General furniture is well worn and needs a change.

If the flooring is not carpet. just wood flooring or tiles. it was more clean and more healthful for clean.
