Luxus Hotel. Zimmer war super. Personal war super. Gym war super. Leider war der Pool gesperrt so das wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten. Wir konnten in ein Ausweichhotel dafür, aber das war nicht gut. Essen grandios.

お部屋、サービス、お料理、静かな環境といずれも最高でした。 シービューの部屋を選んだのですが、大きな窓から海と空が一望できるのが素晴らしかったです。

混雑していた時にチェックインしたせいか、レストランやプールなど館内施設の案内がありませんでした。 またブッフェレストランのディナーは19時、朝食も7時からとオープンする時間が遅めなのが使いにくかったです。 せめてディナーは18時、朝食は6時から空けて欲しいですね。 またホテルからビーチに出られない、朝食時間になってもガーデンには昨晩の宴会のゴミなどが散乱しているのが残念でした。

Breakfast was very good apart from the youngish pancake maker who was on his phone two mornings running and could not be bothered answering if we could have more maple syrup. Being on the phone while working shouldn't be acceptable. We arrived late the first evening and had trouble finding dinner. Pizza's stop at 11pm but we could not get one at 10:45pm. We had one dinner there another night - delicious.

The front desk. I booked three rooms via genius 2 level, for five people. Two couples and one single woman. The man on check in tried to say we had booked 2 rooms only, one with capacity for 3 people. No we did not and I had the booking.com info to prove it. He wanted to charge us extra to give us what we booked. We had a few drinks and snacks while we were there. One afternoon after our two high teas we ordered a bottle of wine. The waiter bought it on a tray and the full bottle of wine, unopened, dropped from the tray onto one of our group's face and hit her also on the shoulder and hand. The waiter was a good man who likely was not trained properly and we pleaded for him not to lose his job. Our victim had her face swell immediately and the hotel was very good, arranged for a doctor to come and check her out (she was fine, just bad bruising, nothing broken). The doctor took 1.5 hours to come (and to be paid for by hotel) and in that time the hotel kept bringing drinks and a cheese platter. We were astounded to find we had been charged for these things! We were not charged for the doctor but when analgesics and anti-inflammatories as prescribed by the doctor were delivered to our victim's room, she was asked to pay for them. She refused and told the deliverer to check with the hotel. She was not asked again for money. Expecting the five of us to pay for drinks and a cheese platter while we waited with the victim for resolution of a problem of their making is a bit cheeky++++ We enjoyed our stay here until we got the final bill which included the food and drinks mentioned above during the wine bottle incident and also we know the check in man tried to take us for a ride. A lovely hotel but watch the charges!!! While we were checking in there was a woman at the front desk complaining that on her check out bill everything had been charged double. Judging by our experiences, perhaps she had been. Be wary.

The rooms are very big and clean . Real luxury. Nice fragrance smell everywhere within the hotel . The staff are very friendly and helpful

The location is good. The property is very beautiful & very well maintained. The staff is very polite. The food quality is excellent. The overall food is expensive. We enjoyed the stay .

The staff was exceptional. The food in Jamaver was wonderful. I can’t speak highly enough of this place

i booked exercutive suite but it didn't look like exercutive suite. It was bad smell when opened the window. The seeaside looks very dirty.

The room is spacious, beautiful interiors, perfect temperature control, amazing views of the sea, polite and humble staff and most importantly and delicious buffet spread! One of the best 5 stars I have stayed and will surely return!

Enjoyed breakfast spread. The food at JAMAVAR was excellent.

Our room didn't have a view, the ac wasn't working, the wife wasn't working, and there was even power shutdown twice at night

The hospitality and facilities were outstanding! I loved every bit of our stay!

We took the half board which includes dinner. But however, the only disappointment we had was the food for dinner. It really needs improvement. That was the only downside.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful sea views with sunrise as a welcome bonus. Very friendly staff. Clean and expensive chauffeur driven cars. Recommend the airport pick up. Well thought out and generously sized rooms. Overall an experience to be had.

Warm Welcome at the hotel by staff and hassle free check-in. They gave me an upgrade to a Sea View room at no additional cost. Cordial assistance for parking, swimming pool etc. Good breakfast included in the package.

Size of the room was a bit small for a 4 member family. More family rooms of different range can be included. Dinner buffet was a bit overpriced, though the spread was excellent (recommend a dinner inclusive package)

The breakfast spread was good. The filter coffee was the best!
