Serene place with sounds of birds, water and pleasant songs/instruments !!! The smells and sights were very different from what we had seen before!! Staff were friendly and courteous, always willing to help!! Special mention to Mr Gaurav, Jonia and Navneet who looked after us in every single meal( going out of their ways to help us)!!!!! The song and dance were so beautiful to watch!!!

This exceptional hotel is situated by the beautiful Pichola Lake. The views are stunning of both the lake and the mountains. The sunset over the mountains is a picture to behold. The boat trip to get to the hotel is really rather special: serenaded by a Rajasthan musician, rose petals that flutter over your head as you arrive and a parasol, held by the doorman, to protect you from the sun. Our room was perfect, we had everything we needed. Plenty of fresh towels and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The customer service was excellent, nothing is ever too much. A big thank you to Kashish, Gaurav and Deepak for looking after us so well and making our birthday so special. The restaurants are a treat with the most spectacular views. The food is delicious, especially the fish curry and the shoulder of lamb. I loved sitting on the patio and feeling the breeze from the lake whilst enjoying a tantalising breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed listening and watching the evening performance by the Rajasthan musicians and dancers. This really did make this an interesting Indian experience. Finally, the swimming pool is a dream. We spent quite a few hours swimming and relaxing by it. Thank you for everything, we will be back! India is a very special place with great people.

Breakfast was excellent .

I didn’t like that the fine dining restaurant was the only restaurant that had the best view of the lake. Also the fact you had to prebook and be charged a minimum to eat there . If you are a guest in the hotel you certainly don’t want to be bothered with this.

Breakfast , dining & hospitality was outstanding! In house culture dances & entertainment was excellent The Christmas Gala event was awesome and the best I’ve ever been too with a large variety of buffet & worth the additional price. The event was really well organised, children friendly and all the staff made it a memorable evening. The Palace itself has mesmerising views and the tranquility & peace you feel here is just something else. Well done team Leela Palace! Ps. I wanted to upload videos but unfortunately this platform doesn’t allow access to them?

I don’t think they could have done anything more to keep on top of cleaning the pigeons mess ?

No coordination among the staff..lot of .mismanagement and billing issues..also not all rooms have same facilities even for same tariff.

The Dinning room staff was superb. Especial mention to Amit, Kailash, Prakash and Jang. Amit was so nice, my 8 month old did everything in his capacity to make Amit's life deplorable but he was always smiling and there to help. The palace looks beautiful at night.

I pre-booked a half board stay to get better rate like I always do. However, was just checking and found the hotel was giving a full board at lower prices. I contacted the hotel, shared the screenshot and requested either to move us to full board too or give an upgrade but they told its not possible. I would have to cancel my booking and re-book ( cancelation window had closed a day before so cudnt do it). Being a regular Leela customer they should have done something about it.
