The staff was super friendly and helpful from the time we got there to the time we left! We also loved the location and the view from the waterfront room!

Stay at the Marriott next door!

I liked the location that’s about it

This place is not family oriented nor do they like it when people are having fun. They will just go inside and turn off the gas to the fireplaces if they don’t want you hanging out.

Everything. Fantastic shower. Comfy beds. Good selection of TV channels. Lots of food choices nearby. And shortbread cookies! Yum.

room service was very affordable and was delivered at the time requested and the meal was very good.

Expresso machine was out of order so I did not get my Latte with room service, but there is a small coffee pot in the room and coffee provided so I just had to make my own coffee.

We had a great view of the lake and the room was clean :)

When we arrived at the hotel, we felt like we were being told off a bit. As in what will happen if we damage the room, if our car alarm goes off, if we take something from the basket.... And didn't have a more "welcoming" arrival

friendly staff. beautifully facility. comfortable beds. delicious breakfast. huge shower. fireplace in room.

cold water in the showers in the morning. heated pool broken. no complimentary breakfast.

Good value for such a high quality hotel in a fantastic location!

It's a beautiful hotel and although the restaurant was closed, they offered some food and it was conveniently located near a great restaurant, LuLu's as well as other options.

The weather was too foggy to appreciate the lovely river view.

this was a magical experience for my kids and me for our first holiday without their mom.

the view and the amenities

the walls seem a little thin as I could hear the neighbors above and to the side pretty easily. but it was also new years! not a big deal!!

Worth the extra money! Fireplace is a nice touch😀

Nice Rooms, very clean and most importantly comfortable bed!

In order to get the room with the tall ceilings you need to book the Grand Cru rooms, however the photo online shows you vaulted ceilings for the king deluxe. It was still a lovely room and very nice customer service.
