Very untidy room and toilet Sheets and towels ol and poor qualioty

Food was great and so was the room size and cleanliness.

Almost non existent WIFI & poor A/c inside the room.

The hotel is centrally located. Heritage hotel. the staff had been very friendly, attentive and helpful, especially Mr.Santhosh, GM and Ms.Simi. Food was also good. we are very much impressed by the arrangement they made for Pongala.

Upkeep of the rooms could be improved

The hotel is at a good location. The rooms are good and spacious. The front office staff (two ladies) are very good and always wore a smile.

We booked five rooms for two nights. Unfortunately, we could not get hot water in four rooms throughout our stay. Even after repeated complaints this was not fixed. However, the staff provided bucket of hot water whenever needed. We understood from maintenance guys that there is a problem. I do not know how the rooms were allotted to us when the problem is known.

Great vast property, the rooms are good, comfortable.

Great property right in the middle of the city. By it has all the maladies associated with an enterprise run by government. You call house keeping, you get reception, why I asked. Looks like the house keeping employees are unionised and they couldn’t care less. So reception receives the call and get things done. The electronic lock of our room malfunctioned and we couldn’t get into the room twice during the two night stay. After repairs it malfunctioned again and then they shifted our rooms. No timely response. Not at the speed required of a 5 star business hotel. Bath shower contraption at bathroom is complicated and user unfriendly.

Restaurant was the pits! such bad service. deteriorated tremendously than what I had experienced last time I stayed there.

Location is good. Staffs are good.

We were in a suite on the first floor. Washbasin taps were not functioning properly. shower head was not clean. could see lots of moulds specifically on the shower head. could hear a lot of noises in the roof and could not sleep at all. Balcony is completely dirty including the light fittings in there. generally the property is too old and needs to be renovated.
