EVERYTHING!! The location is perfect! Entire staff is hospitable, attentive and so accommodating! The room was comfortable and sparkling clean! Just the right amenities. The restaurant in site was FABULOUS!! A great selection for every dietary preference!!
Met Victor who was the consummate professional and so welcoming and appreciative of our patronage to Oasis!! Our vacation was SPECTACULAR!!

Location was perfect ! You could walk to everything in Grace Bay. The resort provides a golf cart to take you to the beach, but you can walk, not far at all.
The golf cart even took us to restaurants near The Oasis.
There are a few minor things that certainly didn’t take away from the stay, but would be helpful. They need more outlets in the room, none near the bed and not many around the room. Shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries on would be nice. Room on smaller side but nice.

Overall the place was great, we loved the decor and the landscaping. The location was close enough to walk to several restaurants and there was a hotel bar on the beach with a sister hotel that we used daily while on the beach. We had a great time relaxing, snorkeling, enjoying the most beautiful beaches in the world!
There was no breakfast offered. There is an Italian restaurant on the property, but only open for dinner a few nights a week. We didn't feel comfortable walking to the beach from out hotel because the path went through a vacant field and an alley that wasn't monitored, so we took the free golf cart ride provided by the hotel, but felt the need to tip every time.

The Oasis at Grace Bay is very peaceful and great for a getaway from the hustle and bustle. The staff was amazing, from ensuring we had all we needed and giving us information about things to do on the island. The food onsite was amazing, parking was easy, and the view was perfect. Although I met some challenges during my stay outside the resort, I must acknowledge the staff member who went out of their way to try and mitigate my issue. Thank you to Lauren and the others (sorry, I do not have their names) for everything. I cannot wait to return to TCI.

Would have liked more information on tours and dining in the area. Recommendations would have been helpful being first time visitors.

The location was perfect . It’s the perfect place if you want quiet
I didn’t like that you had to go to the front every time you wanted water or beverages for the room and I had to request towels and washcloths more then once . They will clean the room but didn’t leave new washcloths .

Great beach facilities, free bicycles, in general new and comfortable property, buggy to the beach. Nice place on the beach: peaceful, not so many children.
The staff was not the best for this money, no extra support or attention except of needed. Also pretty dark the rooms in the ground floor. You will see no sun.

Everything was absolutely prefect, could not have asked for a better hospitality that Oasis gave us. Clean Rooms, Location, Hospitality 10/10, One of the best stays ever, especially with the help of the lovely front desk lady named Jenny who helped us arrange all our activities. Also, big shout out to Avon, his help was amazing super super helpful with anything and everything we asked. Thanks Oasis for the best trip ever!

Great staff and clean facilities. Nice to have a restaurant on the property and the beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs.
Loud music across the street started at 10 p.m. and lasted until nearly 2 a.m. the next morning. This happened at least 4 of the 8 nights we stayed. Loud enough to keep us awake those 4 nights.

I think the location was nice, had to walk through a weird alley to get to the beach which would help if it had lights or a paved way but still very helpful . Everyone was friendly and staff were so willing to help with a smile on their face . The water in the lobby should be also presented to the hotel guests too!
The wifi at the lobby was not working , they charged me at the hotel which was in American currency so my exchange rate did not reflect the amount on the website . Two Costco water bottles is not enough for the entirety of the stay and should be replenished Everyday. As well as breakfast should be included to promote eating at the resort .

the place is really amazing close to the beach very quiet , rooms are big and clean, you can reach the beach in 5 minutes and you ll find there all the services. good quality for the price (grace bay is very expensive in general)
the services at the hotel have various lacks, the bar is not really working and you jus avoid it after the first time , even when they make rooms they forget to clean cups or supply coffee waffles, a bit obsessed in making you pay even a bottle of water or a coffee (come on!), not really helping in giving directions and help . They can really improve the quality of reception and services (it s quite easy actually) and the place could become perfect
