Super close to work so when I have extra early morning projects I don’t have to commute from across the water super early I just stay in town and can walk to work
Water pressure in the shower is horrible. Room not that clean

Good location and comfortable room.
Windows covered over on arrival and had to change room. Safe didn’t work and desk failed to sssist. Room not serviced during stay.

There was no bellman that I could see upon arrival

Convenient location
Poor quality Wi-Fi with many firewalls. The coffee shop down the street offered better connection free of charge.
One night the fire alarm was activated twice within hours. The next day all guests received a letter saying it was a nonsmoking hotel. No one apologized for the inconvenience

Staff there is super nice and friendly, I had difficulty to connect the WiFi, one staff helped me to try different ways to fix the issues. Much appreciated.

We stayed on the 5th floor in a corner room. This room has a king bed and a lot of room.

This hotel is perfectly located near Paramount Theatre, shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to and from
Breakfast restaurant played loud music. Food was typical but nothing special.
