very nice hotel, just minutes (10/15) walking from the main road in town -

breakfast was very good and pricing was proportional - very good -

only that there were too many flies, breakfast was sometimes a bit uncomfortable - another strange situation, in order to pay for the room we first have to vacant it - in many hotels, you can pay in advance for your stay, say, one to two hours before you leave the hotel. In your hotel, this is not allowed. Reception said that until we vacant and clear the room from our belongings, they could not prepare our final bill...... bizarre.....

Relaxing, high quality family stay

High quality room ideal for family. Shared facilities including a fridge and honesty bar was a welcome extra. Helpful and welcoming staff. Restaurant and breakfast were excellent and town only a 15 minute walk or cheap taxi ride away.

Breakfast was fantastic but allow 45-60 minutes if on a trip/ getting a transfer.

Amazing town and worth it to discover, suggest to walk through the downtown and coffee farms!

Fantastic place in a mountainous town close to nature and a great town’s vibe!

Attendance and welcoming at the reception desk could be improved, specially when you are the only guests.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom excellent, particularly the rain shower. Breakfast is in the restaurant of the next door property. Decent. Continental breakfast was included in the room rate. The lunch and dinner food was very good. You should book ahead of time as it gets very busy. Location is outside Boquete town - about 5 minutes in taxi, >30 minutes walk. Relaxing location.

Staff helpful, but English was limited. Google translate very useful. Limited amount to do at the property itself. Not a particular issue for us as we had planned some activities such as hiking. Boquete town itself very disappointing

huge desappointment

the size of the room (but it was supposed to be a suite, it was just a big room)

Breakfast super long to be served (45 min each morning between arrival and service) Very noisy room poor service, nobody speaks English, nobody greets us when we meet them. Huge bathtub in the Master suite, which is why we chose this room but not enough hot water capacity to fill the bathtub. It is therefore impossible to take a bath and then impossible to take a hot shower instead of the bath since there was no more hot water: ridiculous situation. For breakfast, a full restaurant with outdoor events, hotel guests relegated to a small corner, near the tarpaulins and the very cold rear reserve in the room, the reversible air conditioning does not work. Unable to heat a little. At the restaurant, we were forced to give 10% of power, while it is clearly not an obligation) not like in the United States) very soft bed : very back pain after 2 nights. Hair dryer so old and dirty (disgusting), hardly blows.

From the hotel I like everything… it is Georgoeus … the only thing was our fault … I didn’t take the precaution to used bug repellent in the outside , they provide it, but didn’t used it at first

Rating is too high for what is offering.

The room wasn’t clean, especially bathtub and underneath the beds. Next time please put a lid in every glass, so is not open during the night. I think the distribution of the room is kind of funny, because there is 3 beds and no bathroom upstairs. Something nice to say is that hotel is pleasant and to be near the restaurant The Rock is definitely a plus.

Oops, I already wrote some things that need to improve. “There is always room for improvement”

excellent best ossobuco in the world for dinner!!!! and have travelled the world around many of times. incredible food breakfast lunch and dinner nice music monday and rib night. enjoyed the rain and overall good weather.

less mosquitos no seeems nasty chitra attacks. rooms could be cleaner sweep and mop daily cleaner bathroom sorry but Im obsesivo with GOOD CLEANLINESS WE ONLY WENT ONCE FOR BREAKFAST INCLUDED AND THEN ON CHECK OUT DAY WE ORDERED WITHIN THE 10.00 LIMIT DELICIOUS EGGS SAUSAGE AND CHEESE AND WAS CHARGED 38.00 THAT WAS OUR DRIVE TO PANAMA BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FOR THREE OF US

Really love the location and the staff was phenomenal. It's kind of tucked up on the hill which makes you feel more secluded. Definitely would recommend.

Best petfriendly hotel in Boquete

Everything! Location, commodities, facilities, food, The staff was so adorable and take care of every detail, even for my mom's bday wich they send her a dessert as a gift (Unexpected!) And and they get so In love with my puppy 🐶 ..they are not just petfriendly but petlovers!

Place was dirty and overpriced, harassed by construction workers on the restaurant the rock.My steak dinner i order was terrible steak was the size of half dollar and with a 20 dollar price tag. shower walls cover in black mold ,Bathroom smelled like urine.Room walls dirty with scratches all over the paint not the riverside i stayed in the past heartbreaking won't return.

Perfect stay

Everything, it was perfect! The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel has a lot of little things that make your stay perfect. Location is super quiet, 5min from town (you need a car to get here). The hotel manager is very nice and attentive.

I loved the attention of the hostes Nohely. Very accomodating. Somoehow bookings.com had not added the kids ages and she was super helpful is adding them. The staff at the Rock was also amazing.

Coffee maker in the bar area isn't super hot... maybe a change of machine is the only need here.
