It was good. Convenient and good for a short stay

Location was very convenient in terms of walking to subway and Ginza for shopping. Also plenty of restaurants to choose from around the hotel. Airport bus from hotel was seamless. Would definitely stay again if we want to shop around Ginza

Carpet was a bit old and pillows a bit too soft.

One of my favourite hotel in Tokyo!

Great location with access to Toei asakusa line, Ginza line, JR yamanote line and yurikamome line (to Odaiba)! Great view from hotel room, very comfortable room and good service.

Excellent location and comfortable room

The room was extremely comfortable and the facilities were good. The hotel is in a good location, good access to several subway lines and walking distance to Shimbashi and Ginza. I stayed in the hotel for a night to maximize the location and to take the Asakusa Line to Narita Airport. Make sure to identify the train that goes to Narita Airport as there are only 1-2 trains every hour.

I am a convert - will choose this place whenever I come to Tokyo.

Concierge was very pleasant and polite, assisting where he could despite my early arrival. Price to quality/location ratio is unbeatable, but remember to book early! Will be my go-to hotel whenever I have business engagements.

Gym and interior of the room could use some updating.

Well located but poor room

Well located and friendly staff

The room was extremely dated and there weren’t power points on both sides of the bed, meaning we had to use a power bank to charge things. The shower was awful - the temperature fluctuated constantly from cold to scalding meaning I was constantly concerned of burning my face or skin while showering. I wouldn’t recommend staying here again

Do not expect spacious room. It’s Tokyo. Upgrade could help a lot.

Good location, very close to subway, close to Ginza big street.

Hotel bellissimo, pulito e con ristoranti sia dentro alla struttura che nelle vicinanze Big Sight ,quartiere fieristico, raggiungibile con la monorail in poche fermate dal cortile dell hotel

今回は遊びでありませんでしたがまた是非家族で泊まりたいと思います。

ホテルの方々どなたも最高な接客で一つのものでもすぐにお部屋まで届けて頂けました。また色々とホテルに泊まる機会が多い私が3本の指に入るほどタオルの厚みも最高でした。

たまたまだと思いますが私の部屋はWi-Fiの入りがかなり悪かったです。

Location is brilliant and hotel feel is magnificent.

The location is brilliant. Close to many restaurants and shops.

The rooms are a little too small. We had the room with tower view which was very rewarding but the room was very small and couldn’t leave our suitcase open as it got crowded.

Perfect for a quick central overnight. Would not use as a holiday hotel.

It was an ideal location for getting on a bullet train the next morning.

It was a tiny room that made suitcases hard to access.

Good location, good WI-Fi low quality food

Room is ok. Carpets are very old and makes the rooms and corridors smell. There should not be carpets in rooms in this modern era. Location of hotel is very good.

Breakfast spread is very very poor, not the worst I have come across but certainly one of the worst. You get breakfast coupons which is very old fashioned and inefficient. The reception put me in a room which was convenient for them and not for me. Fortunately, the front office supervisor addressed the issue when raised which was appreciated. I did not try any of the hotel restaurants based on the breakfast quality.

I would say it’s family friendly, great location, but for the price I would expect more as far as the breakfast and coff

The rooms were very spacious, location is excellent, there is a train station right in the basement, Ginza is walking distance, and catching taxis was very easy.

The breakfast! We got this hotel just for the advertised breakfast buffet. You have the option to go to 3 restaurants in the hotel building, all were terrible. Not only that, not all restaurants are available every day. So you have a choice of worse and worser.

Good hotel in great location

Excellent location, quiet despite being on top of a busy station, good western style breakfast options.

Needs a refurb because it feels like a budget hotel even though it’s not. They don’t offer many options for family travellers (eg twin beds), but happy to accommodate requests for extra duvets etc.

A gem of find worth a repeat

Very friendly smart staff who were accommodating and knowledgeable. There to help 100% but not intrusive. We were impressed with the level of support we received in arrangements required for our travel. Location was great with public transportation nearby and bonus was being able to walk to Tsukuba open air food market area.

We couldn’t order substantial meal at all times but we managed. Being jet lagged our eating schedule was a bit off.

Excellent 3 night stay in Tokyo. Excellent location but less than comfy beds.

Outstanding location. Wonderful view of Tokyo from rooms. All rooms are at least 26 floors high.

Beds weren’t up to par for comfort with the rest of the room.

Excellent in every respect

Staff were very attentive. wanting to do a good job and please the guests. Room was excellent. The hotel location couldn't be better. Overall excellent.

SINCE ARRIVING HOME MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DEBITED ANOTHER $NZ636.96, BUT THERE IS NOTHING THAT SAYS WHAT IT IS FOR. COULD YOU PLEASE ADVISE IMMDEIATELY? I would really like the hotel to have an email address placed conspicuously on all documents. Some more detail on what's on in Tokyo in the next few days would be helpful, and just more information on events, activities

PERFECTLY DECENT HOTEL IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION:

Not the first time I've stayed here. Hotel is beautifully situated near Shiodome so easy access to pretty much everywhere. Facilities are good and staff lovely. Nice breakfast.

My nephew and niece were on a different floor which made seeing them difficult. Room keys only work for your own floor.

Excellent location with nice view in the room.

Directly connected with Shimbashi Station as well as very short walk to 2 other Metro Stations. Hotel is new, clean and great view in the room.

Staffs in Conceige should speak better English, but generally fine.
