A great stay

The restaurant - Saros - was amazing. Great staff, great food and I was extremely well looked after. It was just me - I noticed how attentive they were to all their customers. Well done. Loved the Mediterranean cuisine and will one back for more. Yummy

Very friendly staff , comfy beds. Great little village to walk around.

We ate at the restaurant one evening, the food was delicious and a nice wine list. Happy hour very good value. Coles right across the road. Lots of space with Seperate bedroom and kitchenette .

Excellent service

The hotel staff were very accommodating with our requests. We appreciated the room upgrade. Rooms are well equipped for short and long stays. Comfortable beds and quiet area.

Can't wait to come back to Melbourne and stay with The Sebel Team again.

Excellent location ... super convenient to shops, cafes, trains and trams. It is our first choice of accommodation while we are visiting Melbourne. Super welcoming and helpful. We tell everyone about it.

Staff were amazing and accomodating, room was very modern and great size, right across from the shops, kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking utensils,great value for money, will definitely be back

Superb

Everything else. Clean, quiet, location, on site dining great as well as the plethora of options very close by. Supermarket/shopping centre made it a great location for family base and great options for early morning walks.

Bit difficult to navigate to location as streets are a little like a rabbit warren but we did arrive at night in the rain - visibility was challenged. Also would have been great to have 5-10 min parking for loading/drop off.

Great place to stay

Good location, nice large room. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils as well. Right across the road from stores.

The garage - having to call the reception to get let in was a bit annoying

The building was modern and well furnished, smelt nice and appeared clean, and in an optimal location with transport options and nearby eateries. Staff were helpful when I asked about directions as well as the small bonus’s or discounts that I received upon arrival. Was more expensive than I typically go for but was worth the money if you’re spending plenty of time within the hotel, which I did do a fair bit.

we had a lovely stay at the Sebel, Moonee Ponds. great location, easy walking to everything and staff that go above and

clean, stylish with own kitchen and seating area.

signage out the front does not stand out making it hard to see when driving.

That great I’ll be back everytime I’m down that way!

It was a beautiful place to stay with a great location. The Sebel was easy to access too with decent size car parking underneath (compared to other places I have stayed at) and had lots of places close by which was great, also the staff where fantastic and the restaurant attached was delicious, and room are well presented and clean. Great place to stay all round.

Sounds silly but the toilet roll holder placement isn’t practical 😂 have to twist all the way around to use it.

very nice apartments with friendly staff

lovely clean apartments and very friendly and helpful staff that were always happy to assist. apartment had everything we needed for cooking/eating and we had the ability to bring all our own food which was great.

there was a mistake made with payment at checkin, apparently we were undercharged. we also thought we had paid for parking at check in only to find out we apparently hadn’t so had a nasty surprise of an extra $80 to pay at check out to compensate for being “under charged” and for parking.
