wonderful experience, highly recomended

the hotel was perfectly placed right by the market and the gardens and walking distance from the train station spacious rooms, comfortable bed, lovely onsen on the roof, with inside and outside hot baths. the staff was very helpful and courteous,

Very clean nice place to stay and central to all attractions in Kanazawa. Great stay!!

No breakfast offered with room but could be supplied for additional payment. Really liked the room layout with a bunk bed style option for our 12 year old. He loved climbing the staircase to his bed. Location was only 1.3 km from train station- easy walk.

Nothing other than perhaps offering breakfast within accommodation price?

最高の観光になりました。

部屋が広く、バスとトイレが別々で、洗面台も単独で設置されていて使いやすかった。宿泊料金も、部屋の割にはよくお得感がある。観光地の近江町市場・兼六園に近く、行きやすかった。

２階だったので、カーテン下ろしてないと外から中が見えてしまう。

An Affordable Hotel With a Very Convenient Location

The very convenient location just a few steps from Omicho Market and an easy 15-minute walk to Kanazawa station, easy access to public buses, the spacious and inviting lobby and restaurant on the ground floor, our room that was well-designed to make the most of the space.

The washer-dryer combination machine on the 13th floor took very long to dry. This needs to be considered if you have time constraints.

連絡先の電話番号が載っているが、最終的には音声ガイドやメッセージでの対応になる。ならば、最初からチャットのみで案内してほしい。あとは、シャワー室の換気扇口に埃みたいなカビがありました。

Lovely hotel in a great location

Great location, being just down the street from the market and easy walking distance to the castle, temples and the Edo era district. Complementary umbrellas to borrow were very appreciated as we were caught in Kanazawa during heavy snow and rain. Lovely male/female onsens. Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms had nice baths. All felt new and clean.

Laundry facilities failed to wash out the smell of sulfur from our clothes (from Kusatsu onsen stay previously), or dry them properly, so that was a little disappointing, especially for the laundry price.

Ottimo soggiorno a Kanazawa

Camera molto bella, pulita e grande. Vengono forniti i kimoni per l’onsen. Il bagno molto grande e con doppio lavabo. Posizione dell’hotel perfetta, comoda alla stazione e alle principali attrazioni di Kanazawa.

Al check-in ti danno i voucher per la colazione che non sono molto comodi con il rischio di perderli. Colazione salata ottima, un po’ troppo limitata la scelta per il dolce.

場所が近江市場に近く、駅にも徒歩圏内で良かった

チェックインまで時間があったがチェックイン待ちの人がたくさんいて混んでおり、仕方なくコーヒーを昼食時に飲んだばかりであったが、座って待つために、フロントのお店でコーヒーを頼んで、座ってまっていたが、注文せずに席だけ利用してる人もいたので、なんか、損したような気分になった

良子ですが、最高ではない

大浴場、トレーニングルーム、立地、部屋の作りは良いと思います。

一見綺麗なように見えますが、水回りの汚れが気にはなりました。さらに朝食時に、入口が2箇所ありましたが、食事中なのに人の出入りがあったりして少し？っておもってしまいました。

Bellissimo hotel con posizione strategica

Fantastica posizione. Camera molto ben decorata e spaziosa. Abbiamo usufruito anche delle vasche con acqua calda all'ultimo piano che dopo una giornata a passeggiare al freddo sono state veramente un sollievo.

La pulizia dei punti meno visibili andrebbe un po migliorata, sulla parete blu che sovrasta il letto c'era un bel po di polvere. Il letto era piuttosto duro, però ottimo il doppio cuscino.

部屋が清潔で綺麗だった。トイレとお風呂が別なのは非常に嬉しい。大浴場の混雑状況がテレビでわかる等、部屋の設備も不足無し。

ホテルに電話で問い合わせようとした際、自動音声で聞きたいことが聞けなかったのは改善してほしい。

Fantastic location and facilities

The location of the hotel is fantastic - very close to the sites you want to see. The room was a great size and very clean and modern. Great facilities with access to an onsen, laundry and vending machines if needed. It was excellent value for money for the quality of the room

While I like firm beds, these were too hard for my liking but that would be the only small negative

Perfekter Aufenthalt für eine Städtereise!

Optimale Lage ca. 800m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Direkt am Fischmarkt gelegen - tolles Essen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in unter 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Der Onsen ist geräumig und bietet eine perfekte Möglichkeit zur Entspannung. Top!

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Super Lage nur ein 1 km vom Bahnhof entfernt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der hoteleigene Onsen war auch super. Insbesondere das Außenbecken hat uns gut gefallen. Das Fenster im Zimmer lies sich ebenfalls öffnen zum Lüften was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden.

朝食がおしゃれ。トイレとバスがわかれているのがいい。鏡が大きいのが良い。

カードキーを忘れるとエレベーターにも乗れない。部屋にコーヒーが欲しい。あとはない。

Very good

Perfect location one min walk from Omicho fish market. Really big room with huge bed. Nice bath at the top floor and great breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay there even only for a night. And it was really cheap given the fact it was same day booking.
