Spacious room. Beautifully decorated room. Cigar bar is a big big plus.

Cocktails at cigar bar were below my expectations. No bad but doesn’t match the bar’s high reputation.

The room cleaning charges is extremely ridiculous expensive. It cost me Rm1000 for the cleaning charges

Excellent location, nicely decorated and awesome view from the room.

Bit of miscommunication between reception and pool in charge. I was told other guests won't like it if I enter the pool in a t-shirt. And their dress code is neck to arms covered swimming suit that we usually wear during surfing. Earlier the same day, few minutes before this incident, I saw a male guest swimming without any upper garments in the same pool. When asked, suddenly the rules were charged for men 😅 I did check with the reception first before going down to the 6th floor about swimming pool clothing code, and they did tell me that tshirts are fine!
