The woman working at the front desk was horrible. I was in my room and calling for a valet for about 20 minutes. The call kept going to hold. No one picked up or said sorry we are busy please hold. It just automatically went to hold. I finally went downstairs to ask for help getting my car and she was on the phone helping someone make reservation for a future stay weeks out and didn’t even make eye contact with me. What an abomination of customer service. My son is a sophomore right next to your hotel. I have stayed there at least 5 times and have told my relatives to stay at your hotel. I am so disappointed in my last experience, not sure I will stay there in the next two years or recommend your hotel to multiple members of my family. What a disappointment.

Beautiful decor and perfect location to visit university of Pennsylvania. Subway was only steps away so super easy to get to the center

Too much light entering the room during the night. The pillows were useless

extremely clean with a relaxed vibe restaurant was excellent

The study room. It is definitely my favorite. I almost fell asleep in the comfy chair along with the great view. The bed is also very comfy.
