Cozy and Relaxing Stay

I had an amazing time when I stayed at The Wellesley Hotel. Everything was spot on, from the butler service, to my packages/food deliveries was on time and the staff are always willing to help me. The comfort of the bed, to the cleanliness of the room.

It's not that I didn't like, In Room Dining was really good, when it comes to food, but also very limited. I would suggest, The Wellesley Hotel, to maybe add more international cuisine dishes on the menu.

5* boutique luxury, exceptional staff team

We found this boutique hotel to be exceptional. The bespoke design oozed luxury in the rooms and public spaces, everything worked exactly as it should, the bed linen was fine, bedroom with no noise pollution whatsoever, table service breakfast delicious, bar service perfect, housekeeping thorough etc etc But the most exceptional feature was the staff. Even before we arrived they were looking after us as if we were important and this continued throughout our stay without exception. Everyone was smart and courteous, addressing us by name, helping us and doing their jobs to the highest standard. They intended to cosset us and we felt it ! Thank you everyone for making our stay so memorable. This is a boutique hotel. As such, it does not have extensive public areas. We booked with this knowledge and enjoyed the facilities, but chose to dine out with the kind assistance of Richard, concierge, for reservations and transport.

The hotel is very luxury and the rooms is quite bid and wide, the decoration reflect the luxuriousness of this brand the cleanliness above the normal as well

the size and the variety of restaurant are very limited The value of money is above the rate

Nice hotel, but not centrally located

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The underground station was conveniently located right outside the hotel.

The location of the hotel was far off from a lot of places most tourists would be going. It wasn't easily walkable to locations and required you to jump on the underground or grab a taxi to go must place. Because of this, we would leave in the morning and not come back until 9 or 10 at night. Had the hotel been more centrally located, we would have returned to the hotel before going out for the night.

Unfortunately I’m really disappointed. The service was awful they. Their excuses was we are run out of staff there wasn’t a door man whole the day and no one pick up your shopping’s bags. They are not welcoming the clients. I . rate it 3/10

Relaxed, stress free and ready to go.

The room was very clean, staff were very helpful and polite at all times. Front reception staff great and the door man 100%. Its always a good sign of a great hotel when your greeted by door man who bend over backwards from the minute you turn up. Food great, house keeping staff at your door the minute the clean room button pressed.
