odore di fumo in camera terribile

sono entrato in camera e ho trovato un odore di fumo pazzesco ho fatto presente alla reception è mi hanno cambiato camera da un hotel 5 stelle mi aspetterei maggiore controllo chi fa le pulizie dovrebbe dire i problemi in cina fumano come dei maleducati anche se in hotel è scritto che è vietato mi hanno chiesto 3000rmb di caparra una cosa fuori di testa viaggio per lavoro e mi pagano il soggiorno se fosse per me non ci tornerei

Nice stay

Super clean, close to metro and sports stadium, cleaner gave us lots of bottled water everyday, gym was good, very happy with our stay

Bathroom door can only close either the toilet or shower, not both at same time

Never stay in this so called 5 stars hotel. Old out-dated and dirty. The worst experience I ever had

Waiting more than 30 minutes checking-in at the lobby. Reception staff cannot find check-in guest booking information. Rooms were not available and had to get room keys after 4pm. One guest return at night and was told did not have his information and asked whether he had the booking. On day of departure, waiting at check-out again and as leaving in hurry I didnot check the bill thoroughly, until come home and found 2 rooms were over charged by 100 yan.

We likely will return again.

Chinese restaurant the food was very good. Also Prego pretty good.

Would have been better if we could have just charged our meals to the room and settled the whole bill when we checked out.

The location of the hotel was very nice. The room was also bigger than expected which was a good news even though I usually do not pay much attention to this point.

I would probably go back to the Hilton nearby next time.

Location is great. Many local food around the hotel. Nice shopping malls as well as local supermarkets are available. Walking distance to Guangzhou East Station is a big plus. The view is fantastic.

The hotel is showing its age. TV is too small for the size of the room. Furnitures, curtains, beds, IT peripheral are totally out of date. Lighting in the room has only two choices, bright flood lights and all dark. Missing out sleep mode and relax mode. Power outlets doesn't have USB chargers. No AV support to connect laptop to the TV. No audio connection for playing music. Espresso machine not available and the hotel provided only powder coffee!! Bathroom in particular looks very old and way below modern 5 star standard. Shower head was a cheap old replacement of its original. Gym environemnt is good but some of the equipment are also outdated.

Very nice hotel in Guangzhou

Great location near the east railway station, friendly staff, and spacious, clean and cozy rooms. Perfect for a stay in Guangzhou and reasonably priced.

everything, facility relatively old and without good maintenance Dirty and shower broken, paid 1650 for this kind of hotel, really disappointed, only worth 600/night. !!!!!!!
