No hay internet disponible 24/7, podría acceder a internet pero escogiéndolo dentro de unas opciones que podría tomar cada día, realmente fue algo que nunca había sucedido en ningún hotel a los cuales he ido.

Todo funcional y en buen estado en la pieza y hotel. Hotel cerca de la playa, para correr por la costanera Bonita vista en el piso 25 del hotel Acceso fácil al hotel, ya sea en taxi, lyft o buses usando tarjeta Ventra

Horarios acotados de funcionamiento del restaurante y starbucks que está dentro del hotel. Problema con el cobro de tarifa reservada en Booking, que luego de realizar un reclamo se cobró lo pactado.

- I stayed 2 nights with a friend and we flew in from Charleston SC. Both of us ran the Chicago Marathon! Ben Moraine was informative and accommodating the entire stay. Ben made us feel at home and welcomed. He’s knowledgeable about all things hospitality and a great fit for Chicago! We plan to return back soon.

Comfortable beds and good sized rooms. We were given extraordinary service by the staff, particularly April at the service desk who was exceptional - warm and professional.

Lack of housekeeping staff given how busy the hotel is but we understand the challenges with resourcing

my bed was extremely soft very uncomfortable .

We were able to change rooms due to Marijuana smoke coming in through the vent, and the front desk made that happen quickly. We did need to request a microwave though

Wife thought the bed was a little hard.

Enjoyed my experience, ease of coming and going, quality of food at restaurants, housekeeping service was up to par. Everything great would stay again.

I had to wait in line to check in and was told the rooms were not ready, but took my credit card and necessary information asking me to return at 4 but would receive a text informing me when the room was ready. I did not receive a text but became antsy as it was after 4 so returned to the front desk only to find I once again had to wait in a long line to check AGAIN! Seems the first check in you could be given your room number and when returning have a separate area for those who have checked in previously to obtain your key card! Almost missed a dinner reservation with having to stand in line the second time! Just a thought for the future, overall it was a pleasant stay overnight!

Perfect location on Michigan ave if you prefer the north side.

Club level room was not as good as comparable hotels and the club did not have the amenities (no cocktails and room was small) as others we have stayed at.

I got the hotel and my room and booking had been cancelled

I emailed the hotel and advised that i will be late but they proceeded to cancel my booking and charged me for a night when my flight were delayed

The location was excellent with decent sized rooms. The service was exceptional and we had free wifi as well. Will definitely live here again in the future.

I have high expectations for a Westin. I stayed here as I was in town to see Beyonce for the weekend for two days after booking the room online. Upon arrival I was asked for my card to pay for a $20 daily resort fee. This surprised me as I had already paid for this fee and more online through booking.com. However, because I was traveling and exhausted I handed over my card ready to be in the room. I was told this would also give us a $20 food and drink credit and to charge it to the room and it would be deducted. I was fine with that I hadn't planned on eating there but was sure I could find use of the credit. Upon getting the room on the sixth floor we entered and while not thrilled with the view I didn't mind because I didn't plan on spending much time at the hotel. My friend, a Chicago native, who was with me however noticed multiple dirty marks throughout the room and took pictures as she wiped the place from top to bottom. A white stain on the right arm of the couch, crumbs still on the seat a little, a weird piece of pink tape of something on the wall and some sticky stuff on the right side of the bathroom. I assured her again it's a Westin and joked that she was just being a germaphobe. I called downstairs and asked if the wifi was included as I only saw a 18.95 option and was told to simply put my name and room in and the charge would be waived as I was a guess so I did. We left our stuff in the room and went downstairs to the restaurant on the left-hand side when you enter and ordered nachos to use our $20 credit (that I've now paid for twice) and charged it to the room before leaving. We explored the town and got back went to bed. Next morning day of the concert we again went downstairs to use the $20 credit charging about $46 to the room expecting to see a net of $26. Concert came and went and we checked out the next day around 11am earlier than expected despite asking for a late check out.

(See like for before section) We dropped the keys downstairs with one of the gentlemen a the front and were on our way. Long story I get home to Los Angeles and see various charges coming on and off my card. One for $182 that was then credited back. And a second for about $350 dollars. I checked the statements as I was confused because I was sure I had paid for the hotel and was expecting maybe around $50-60 in charges. I had paid around $680 in May for the two days. So what were these charges bringing my total to over $900. I check the invoice sent and see an array of charges that said the total was around $770. If that that would still be a net of $110 something I could live with but wanted explained. So I call the hotel multiple times and each time am pushed to a voice mail for their billing department which has been completely non-responsive. Until I reached out to booking.com with my screenshots to address this. I'm still waiting to see the outcome. I'm frustrated by the amount of time I've had to invest to correct this error. It's something unbecoming for a hotel like the Westin. It is crucial that the Westin maintains its reputation as a hotel that goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I trust that my concerns will be acknowledged and that steps will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future and correct this one.
