Unfortunately this time there a lot of noise at night due to people going in and out of their rooms accords from ours. The doors make a loud noise each time they close.

The roof top pool and bar was amazing also the ceiling to floor window that wrapped the room with the most amazing views to say the least. Upon check in we were comped a free room upgrade, free flight of tequila, free coffee from coffee shop and a $25 dining credit.
There was nothing I didn't like. Parking is $40/day or meter parking available. Free meters/parking on Sundays starting at 12am.

Kahlil checked us in. He was Amazing! Anything I had a quiz about.,,he had the answer! Such a nice guy!!! Could not have asked for or expected anything better! Plz let him know we so appreciated him! 🥰

It's in downtown Tempe close to restaurants and many attractions. The hotel is clean and has and excellent roof top bar and restaurant at the lobby.
The hotel is very close to the airport and they do not offer airport shuttle.

Great location - especially for the Ironman event. Super close and convenient for access to the race and for the support team. Rooftop bar/lounge was amazing!

The location was excellent and close to everything, and the building was beautifully appointed, but that's about where the likes stopped. They missed the mark on so many things.
There is no ATM on-site or a locker room or sauna for the gym. Having an ATM on site would ensure that their hardworking valets get the tips they deserve. I ordered room service, and the food was subpar at best. Being that this is a high-end hotel, I expected better.
