very good breakfast good location clean room comfortable bed good shower

Very dirty window ruined the river view room was too hot AC did nothing strobe light directly above bed at night made it difficult to sleep as well as with heat had to unplug alarm clock as also lit up half the room way too expensive for the quality as hotel is very dated

Rooms were comfortable. Check in service was wonderful. The gym was nice.

The pool was under repair and we were not informed in advance.

Relaxing & Comfortable stay at Westin

I booked a room with a river view at the Westin and the view was as spectacular as expected. The room was large, clean, and the air conditioning works well and silently. The bed is also very comfortable and the internet connection is fast. There is a swimming pool, a sauna and a hammam available.

The swimming pool is a bit small to my taste !

Best beds ever

The beds here are so western comfortable. New massage chair in our suite. It was all really nice, with an unbeatable view. Though a little expensive, the suite with lounge access was a nice retreat.

Great hotel, with nice outside terrace bar, friendly staff, good room. The swimming pool is clean. Breakfast could be better... we didn't find it was very fresh for the cake / bread part. Breakfast was ok but could be better... we didn't find it was very fresh for the cake / bread part.

Great breakfast, with many choices. Terrific location overlooking the Yangtze River.
