Es ist super Zentral, viele Restaurants und Läden in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Personal war steht’s bemüht sich um uns zu kümmern, in allen Belangen. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, auf unsere Wünsche sind die Angestellten direkt eingegangen. Das Restaurant neben an ist sehr empfehlenswert. Eines der besten Restaurants der Stadt.

Very convenient location, clean rooms, amazing restaurant next door, incredibly friendly, service oriented and helpful staff (special thanks to Mustafa and Yigit). They both did my stay comfortable and were always there to help for any kind of request from my side. All the best to you, guys.

Lo que más nos gustó fué la ubicación justo al lado de la calle Istiklal (literalmente 2 min andando). El servicio fué super amable e interaron ayudarnos siempre que lo solicitabamos. La habitación esta bien (por lo que pagamos) pero se nota que algunas cosas necesitaban cambiarse por que estaban un poco viejas/rotas/descoloreadas. Aunque viendo como estan otros 'hoteles'en Istanbul, no le dimos más importancia. Lo más importante para nosotros es que el servicio fuera atento y bueno, que el hotel estuviera limpio y que la ubicación fuera buena, y así fué.

El desayuno era muy repetitivo y no era de muy buena calidad. Nos cambiaron las sabanas y nos pusieron unas que estaban manchadas, pero nos las reemplazaron enseguida.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, man erreicht die berühmte Shoppingmeile zu Fuss. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten das Standartzimmer gebucht, ich behaupte aber dass es ein Budgetzimmer war. Auf der Karte für Fluchtweg bei Feuer war zu sehen, dass auf diesem Stockwerk unser Zimmer als kleinstes abgebildet ist. Es war ziemlich klein, man hatte kaum Platz zu zweit. Das Frühstück war immer gleich. Der Spabereich war ziemlich enttäuschend und die Hygiene ungenügend. Es stank nach Abwasser/ Kanalisation.

Tutto. Siamo andati ad Istanbul per il compleanno di mio padre e non potevamo scegliere miglior struttura. Dalla stanza alla posizione, tutto perfetto. E ci hanno fatto trovare anche un bigliettino di auguri con dei dolci il giorno del compleanno.

The hotel is at a great location near Istiklal street. It is very clean and offers great service. Especially the personnel at the lobby were very hospitable and kind. No request from my side was too much of an ask. In particular Kaan was very helpful, with whom we had most contact.

The location is great and it was clean! Theres also a Hamam in the hotel but we didn’t try it

Tbh reality doesn’t make justice to the pictures - it’s ok but not as beautiful as it seems in the pictures.

great central location Immaculately clean beautiful design very easy communication attentive staff - special thanks to Ibrahim who helped me so much to rescue my valuables that I left in the hotel room safe after check-out. He did a great job and manage to ship it to the airport. He really went beyond his duties!
