Superb

Great location. The beachfront position was a plus. Few activities for children and adults, but the animation team was really nice and funny. Good buffet, and it is different from a day to another with few exceptions. The room was really nice and big, even though we haven't requested extra bed for the child, then we had one already prepared. We like that the staff was nice and friendly, and very helpful regarding any queries we had.

The smell in the room and bathroom was bad, very humid, like dampness. Even though we left the ventilation opened in the bathroom, there was still bad smell after 3 nights. The kid food corner was bad, the food that was served at the lunch buffet then in the evening was used for kids corner. Have heard a few families complaining about their kids having bad stomach/vomiting during our stay. The beach was nice, fine sand, but it was dirty. The showers from the beach were working on the first day, and after not working at all. A lot of bushes around the hotel, and very dirty/destroyed garden, even though in the description they mentioned they have a nice arranged garden.

Nice stay

Big bathroom, large terrace, nice pool, private beach. Plenty of food, not very diverse but was ok. Very good WiFi and free parking. Very nice small orthodox chapel on the premises of the hotel.

The rooms needs a thorough cleaning, we found sand when we checked in, limescale on the bathroom sink tap, spiderwebs on the terrace glass and the terrace table was really dirty. This is not acceptable for any hotel, especially for a 5* one.

I would not go there again.

The location is great. It has a good idea behind all of the complex.

It is not looked after properly. There was overgrown weeds, the staff was not friendly and did not explain anything on check-in. The food was the same almost every day. Very poor for 5 star hotel.

Great pool, not enough staff, could be cleaner

Excellent pools, great location on the beach

Rooms were not really clean (doors, carpet looked old), there was an unpleasant smell in the room, the room looked dirty. We had ‘seafront’ room, but you could not see the sea, the balcony of the room was literally on a terrace where people were having a party, right in front of our balcony.

The manager of the hotel MR. ION BONDAR was very rood with me and my family. Instead of apologizing because our closes got destroyed in an insident generated by a bench that was freshly painted by one of the hotel staff (with no signs around), he accused us that we were trying to get something free from the hotel. Also, the room was not clean properly. When we cheked in, the toilet lid was broken. Also we find many spiders in our room. The water slides were on only for 2 hours/day.

Although relaxing in the hotel spa, the whole area is under invested.

some staff seemed too serious at times and not very flexible or accommodating when we wanted to pay for drinks using our room number. Not everyone carries cash these days? Although when staying at the property out of season wasn’t too much of a problem, the areas of Kranevo, Albena etc are run down and lack investment.

The room was beautifully designed, large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We appreciated the sauna and the pool.

The entire (large) restautant has only one coffee machine. You could easily spend 5 minutes in line for a coffee. Or you give up. A lot of family with kids. The problem is the small kids and their donut pool floats occupy 1/3 of the pool.

Unchained and barking dog

We are regular guests of this hotel in winter, it's comfortable and warm, nicely furnished. The pool is good for swimming, I appreciate the corridors. I've always given 10 before

The stated policy of the hotel is that "Pets are not allowed". Which is informative not only for pet owners but also for people who don't like to be disturbed by pets. It turns out that they're allowed with additional payment. And not only are they allowed. There was an unchained dog strolling in the lobby, just in front of the reception. That dog happened to be in an adjacent room, it barked all morning, probably left alone. I called the reception, they were polite but didn't to anything to take effect.

the rooms are nice, the furniture new and cozy. we were here during winter season.

the hotel staff is not well prepared. we had an unpleasant and unexpected experience during our stay here, as the cleaning lady took some product from our room minibar and at the moment of check out, the staff included that product cost on our final invoice. we tried to explain the facts but we realized that we are talking in vain. We were very frustrated as this is the 1st time when we experienced this and our concern was that this person could have fraudulently take something else belonging to us. Another thing that I didn’t like was the food. the buffet area is very small compared to the restaurant tables and it is becoming very crowded during meals. moreover, the food was not great, not diversified and it was hard to find something appropriate for the kids to eat. also, the tight access to reach the hotel. I imagine that in the summer it is crowded and difficult to reach. the inside pool area is perfect for the swimmers, still the water was so chlorine that breathing was affected.

Review is for unsual period: Beginning of December

The rooms are clean, the towels are changed daily. We were surprised the bathroom had both a shower and a tub. I recommend kids are correctly included when the booking is made (they set up the sofa for our kid, with sheets and a pillow). We were very surprised with the pool temperature (we were a little worried because previous locations said "heated pool" but you could not spend more than 15min inside and very cold for children) which is very hot and pleasant (the kids' pool and the jacuzzis - not the Olympic pool). The kids' center inside the restaurant was very small, but enough to keep the kids entertained and for adults to have a quiet meal.

The restaurant was a little crowded and for us (group of 8) it was difficult to find a table big enough or two tables close by - but this is not up to the hotel management, rather than the people that chose to stay at large tables although there were only 4-5 person for example. The pool was very nice but probably from the chlorine, the eyes hurt really bad if water got in them and we couldn't spend more than 30-40min at once because eyes & nose were sore from vapors. We had an incident with the fire alarm and didn't like the way the night-shift receptionist handled it (she was still in learning apparently), but it was later discussed with the manager.
