A very enjoyable hotel with good facilities.

Clean, comfortable and easy to access.

The music from the restaurant was often very loud and I question why it had to be so loud.

Posizione abbastanza comoda, sempre con l’auto però. Il letto ero grande e molto comodo. Il bagno era abbastanza spazioso.

La camera era troppo piccola ed addirittura senza armadio.

Would not recommend staying here, for the price it was so underwhelming.

Clean.

The rooms were so tiny, with no room to leave your suitcases, it was basically a bed and toilet. Some staff members were rude and un-accommodating. The location is awful and unsafe, you are right next to a bunch of homeless people and do not feel safe walking the streets.

Wonderful stay, loving

Very clean, nice room and amenities. Valet parking guys were very welcoming and nice.

After 11:30 they don’t let anybody into the rooftop bar through the hotel. I was already in the elevator and part of the entrance and the guy turned me down and stuffed the elevator with a food cart instead letting me get out of it.

Wish the staff were more helpful with humanatarian empathy and not like machines…

The location was good.

The staff were so unhelpful and in a case I can say rude. The first 2 days if my visit I was so ill so I had to stay in my bed in the room. The wifi of the room was not working at all. I called the reception a few times they said they are looking into it but nothing happened.. I went ( while being so ill) to the reception and one of the staff who was there, as a reply to my question about the wifi she said there is nothing I can do in a very impolite manner. On the other hand as I booked this property for two stays with two days gaps, in my second stay they said that they wont accept cash at the hotel- Im an Iranian and due to sanctions on Iran we dont have credit cards so I always pay by cash unless a cardholder friend us with me- they gave me a very hard time without offering any assistance in exceptions to a visitor who was visiting LA for the first time without knowing anybody in the city and not having any other accommodations. I spoke to the manager and he emphasized that the hotel is cashless and there is no way that they can do anything about it… His way of conversation was with no empathy and without any offer for options. I really experienced a very stressful time until I could manage somebody I knew in LA to come with her card… If I really had other options I would definitely would not have stayed in that hotel…

The hotel is very nice and cozy

I stayed at the 8th floor, and it was a terrible night! The receptionist said that it will be loud so i should have ear plugs. It was so loud that i couldn’t sleep

Buena ubicación pero habitación muy pequeña y sin ventilación.

Buena ubicación, cama cómoda, limpio, el Rooftop muy agradable y la piscina muy bien. El personal muy amable y atento. Hay café y te por las mañanas en el lobby. Nuestra habitación era muy silenciosa pese al bar del tejado donde el fin de semana había bastante jaleo.

La habitación es muy pequeña, ni siquiera cabe un armario ni un escritorio. No hay nevera ni microondas. La ventana de la habitación no se abre y no hay ventilación en el baño con lo que se queda todo húmedo y no se puede ventilar. Hay un aire acondicionado que solo puede calentar o enfriar, no se puede ventilar y además saca el aire de la habitación, no del exterior. El único parking es valet ($55 por noche en Oct 2023), pero hay bastantes parking públicos cerca del hotel.

Run, it's a trap

It has a swimming pool. A few of the front desk people is nice

The evening front desk guy was not welcoming at all. No explanation of the hotel services at all. Rooms are small. No wardrobe. There is a hidden mandatory 25$ daily fee for "amenities". There is a bar at the ground floor very very noisy. We needed to ask to be moved to a different room. The surroundings are full of people living in the street. We were charged double for the parking. There are 20$ parking lots in the next street. Wannabe boutique hotel

Great stay, special mention to Zoe from reception who went above and beyond to make us comfortable!

On arrival well greeted by all staff from the car vallet through to reception staff. Very attentive staff within the hotel at all hours. Housekeeping done a great job on cleaning the room it was immaculate every time. Location couldn't have been better if youre looking for a fun weekend in a lively area., nice touch from the staff offering complimentary drinks on arrival.

Rooms were pretty small, for the money paid would have expected a bigger room with more floor space.

Missed opportunity, but still not a waste of money.

Ithas a Trendy interiour, that still feels new. The rooms are Quiet. The location is not so far from the do.by theatre Ok location

Small rooms, no breakfast. The rooftop bar plays country music and has line dancing. I would expect a trendy beat by a chill DJ.

Excellent. This is a great boutique hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Excellent food, service and the staff are wonderful. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are small, but well designed. Loved the pool area, in particular the comfort of the lounges. The food is excellent at Kateen & good tacos at Desert 5. The lobby cafe has good food also.

There is no self-parking, only valet, which costs $55 a day. I also believe in tipping well, so in my case that meant an additional $5 every time I used my car. Sandwiches in the lobby cafe are over-priced.

Overall a very positive stay and will definitely recommend the hotel to friends!

The location was great! Hollywood is not that great at night but the hotel's street was well light and always full of people! The room was very nice and modern! It did not have a wardrobe but was spacious enough for us to have our (large) suitcases open at all times!

The options on the breakfast menu were a bit limited and the personnel did not seem to update the wall mounted menu. There was no mini fridge in the room - there was an option to request one but not very practical.

Rooms are okay if you enjoy re-enacting Harry Potter’s bedroom under the stairs. Had to live out of suitcases due to lack of room & no wardrobe/storage. Rooftop pool staff made you feel as if you’re lucky to be staying here due to people paying to use it. Was told I needed to eat my lunch elsewhere despite other people being able to eat Mexican food purchased from their bar

Unsafe, small, loud at night

It was a lovely hotel, the lobby and rooftop pool were great

The rooms were TINY! We have 2 large bags and 2 carry on bags each and had nowhere to store them so kept tripping over them. The location didn’t feel safe. We were told on arrival to not walk on a certain side of the road due to a homeless group just meters away. There was a cafe out the front but it was closed every time we tried it order food (10am 🙃) The staff were not overly friendly. Before arriving I emailed asking about early checkin because our flight came in at 7am The hotel told me that there was a chance the room will be available and I could check in early. When we arrived we were told it wouldn’t be ready u til 3pm but we would get a text as soon as it was. 3pm comes around and it still wasn’t ready, we were sitting in the lobby with another couple who were also told 3pm and had heard nothing. By 4pm we saw people walk in for the first time and go straight to their rooms so we asked about ours and it was ready. Not effort to let us know! There was also a nightclub below and a bar above so we heard loud music until early ours of the morning. There also was a $150 damages deposit per night. This is then not returned to your account for 5 days which is not great when you are on holidays. Overall I was not impressed with the hotel and won’t stay again.
