It was in a great location. The staff was helpful. It was clean.

The bed was hard, but they gave us extra pillows when we asked.

Summer at the front desk was a delight and made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in the door! Her manager was also wonderful and helpful- we will be back agan because of them!

We had a good experience overall. We came with our daughter to visit the University of Arkansas and the location was great for the price! Everything was clean and the room was comfortable (except when the sofabed was pulled out to sleep.) The staff was great, friendly and very helpful/responsive.

When you pull out the sofabed, there is no walking space between the bed and the pullout at all. Also, the hot breakfast wasn't great but thankfully there were plenty of other options to choose from.
