Shady Hotel!

Why did the hotel collect two payments (the preauthorized payment including the final invoice amount). This hotel is shady when it comes to payments. This is a scam. All pre-payments (incidents/hold fees) should be pending not a DIRECT PAYMENT!

Celebrated New Years with the Family

very clean, nicely laid out suite with all amenities! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well! staff provided a free upgrade as well!
