If there's no where else to go. ..

Located 1 block from the parksville bay beach. Free breakfast in the morning that was surprisingly good.

Room was over priced. Water pressure in shower was terrible, bed was extremely soft and was a spring mattress, our backs definitely paid the price the next day.

Family friendly average hotel

Location is good, beds were comfortable, staff friendly and good continental breakfast, kids enjoyed the pool regardless of the hairballs 😜

Pool collected too much water on deck and very slippery, hair balls frequently on deck and in pool water, ceiling paint peeling off in many areas . Bedroom needs better drapes or blinds as light from hotel sign still came in while trying to sleep and morning sun of course came through.

Convenient location and just a wonderful stay. Breakfast was perfect. Thanks to all the pleasant, helpful staff.

Definitely NOT worth 300/night. Not good value for my money; will not return

Bathroom tile grout around the tub was black with mold. Carpeting in high traffic areas (ie, elevator area on 3 rd floor ) was black because of dirt buildup.

Great location, but a somewhat expensive.

It were in the newly renovated rooms; it felt fresh and clean. The breakfast had a variety of options. Tianna, at the front desk was excellent.

On the ground floor the window looks over the parking lot making it impossible to open the window coverings.

The location is easy to find and not far from groceries and the beach.

The price is high, which is understandable, but breakfast could've been better. At least serve a decent breakfast as one night stay already costs $400. Maybe serve scrambled eggs not only boiled eggs, at least serve some protein ( sausage and bacon aside from having yogurt. I am just saying that it will bring more customers as the place is not really bad.

amazing! we will come again

we loved the breakfast! the front desk staff were lovely. the ice machine was divine. the pool was fun! the cleanliness of the pool was sketchy, but honestly we had fun. the price of the room was excellent and it’s a great location and free breakfast is amazing. the AC in the bedroom was incredible loud- but it also worked well and kept us cool! the front desk staff were lovely, and played great music !!

the pool area could use a freshen up :)

It's just so-so

We got a free upgrade because of some issues in our reserved room. I'm glad they were able to inform us ahead of time. The room is spacious and have a view. There's a pool where kids can enjoy. We enjoyed the variety during breakfast. The location is also accessible to downtown and the places we want to visit, so it's very convenient. Parking is free and always have enough!

The building looks and feels old and need an upgrade overall. The elevator seems like it will break anytime and took so long considering there's only few floors.

We choose this location for the pool and the kids were very disappointed.

The location was great and the continental breakfast was nice.

The indoor pool was ice cold and they need to do some numerous upgrades. The obvious patch repairs are poorly done.

Very good

We like a lot of things and my girls really enjoyed staying there and the breakfast.

Will in room 206 the coffee machine is not working. And in room 233 it smelled like pee and that's why they left the window open , we usually don't like to complain but if they knew it wasn't ready,then shouldn't rent it .

Exceptional

The room was absolutely spotless! Not even dust on the picture frames. Breakfast was great and the waffle makers were a nice touch! Even though the pool is only 3 feet deep it was a great size and the hot tub was awesome! Lobby is gorgeous and the front desk ladies were kind and funny!

breakfast is always good rooms are big enough for all of us like the fold out sofa option

pool was really cold 🥶 bed not comfortable would be nice to have extra comforters for the fold out bed instead of fuzzy brown blankets our heater was SO LOUD it woke us up every time it turned on we got no sleep no hot water water from the tap
