Housekeeping missed one day until reception contact Bar service was extremely poor The whole concept was disorganised queue system ‘whoever barman noticed first ‘ Quality of cocktails ie one night cocktail choice not available then next night the cocktail available but not to menu description Too many people allowed on terrace for seating

In short, my stay was marred by notable disappointments.

I'd like to highlight that we found the hotel's location to be fantastic and very convenient.

Our stay was overshadowed by an unsettling incident of a missing item, compounded by unresponsiveness from the customer service team. This greatly detracted from an otherwise positive impression of the hotel.

fantastic stay in Chicago - would return!

everything - room, location, facilities- all amazing!

some elements of the spa are currently being refurbished e.g. changing rooms & water facilities. not too inconvenient though and great that they will be new!
