満足です！

6人と多かったですが、広いのが良かった。忘れものをしましたが、電話を頂き見つかったので大変助かりました。またUSJの際は泊まりたいと思います。

エレベーターが1機で時間帯によるかもですが、中々降りれなかった。

残念でした。

お部屋が広く、子ども連れにはありがたかったです。

和室にコンタクトが落ちていたり… 浴室は浴槽周り、壁など黒カビだらけで赤ちゃんを入浴させるにはさすがに抵抗があり、コンビニで清掃用具を買い除菌までしました。せっかくの旅行で大掃除とは…と残念でした。ハイハイする赤ちゃんもいた為、落ちていたコンタクトを持っていた時には誤飲する所だったのでゾッとしました…。

Great stay for family of 5

I loved the size for my family of 5. My kids had plenty of space to run around and play together. Mom and Dad had some space for quiet. Great balance. There were plenty of amenities and towels and laundry soap supplied. We shopped at the 7/11 often it is so close! If you don't mind an extra train or two to your day this is great for the space. The aquarium is within walking distance (if you don't mind extreme crowds). I honestly do not recommend. Maybe in the late evening.

It could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom tiles had some mold and I found 2 curly hairs on the shower wall but everything else was good. It's not a 4 star hotel so don't expect that. Still would suggest for families who don't want to sleep in the typical one room with multiple beds for 3+ days.

室内清潔感あり、事前の説明もわかりやすい！

生活用品がすべて揃っていました。アメニティの他、洗濯機だけでな洗剤やハンガーまであり、大変便利でした！近くにほか弁、コンビニ、ドラッグストアがあるので何も困ることはありません。スタッフの方に質問をメールをすると、すぐ返信をいただけました。

何より無料の駐車場があったこと部屋が３部屋もあり気を使うことなく過ごせたこと

Wi-Fiの接続が隣の部屋と下の部屋のしか読み取れずに使えなかったことトイレを流してもなかなか流れなかったこと

リピートありです。

和室、洋室共に広く。洗濯洗剤も常備していてくれたので、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

お部屋の中で洗濯物が干せるとより嬉しかった！夜は安全の観点から窓を開けないでと記載あり。風が動かないためテラス？は洗濯物が乾きにくい。

小さい子どもが居たので和室で布団をひいて寝られたのはとても良かったです。分からないことはすぐにLINEかメッセージで返答頂けてよかったです。

メイク落とし、化粧水等もあるとなお良かったです。

最高の思い出になること間違いなし！

立地がよく、駅・コンビニが近いことに加えて、海遊館に至っては徒歩10分くらいで行けるのが本当に凄かったです。またUSJはタクシーを利用すれば15分以内で行け、慣れていない土地でも快適に過ごせました。

A convenient place to stay if visiting USS, but no frills.

It was well heated and had a cute tatami room which was handy for our youngest to sleep in on a futon.

Wifi didn’t work was a big one, and there was no service or anyone to ask questions to. So if you don’t have 4G, and need to plan your days and book stuff, you could be very stuck. Just a note that the beds are all double size (not full queen/king) so bear that in mind if you are taller/bigger than the average Japanese person:). The mattresses are also pretty hard.

Cheerful Staff, Well Location, Convenience and Cleanliness

The location of this apartment is fabulous; we walked down to 5 minutes from the Shin-Osaka station. Cafes, convenience stores and supermarkets are very close by. Apart from that, the interior design of this apartment is comfy, both modern styles or Japanese styles of the bedroom are available there. Mostly, I love the balcony with covered.

No complain at all, I would love to stay there again in my next visit for sure.

非常推薦的住宿！4-6人家庭特別合適！（身高超過180公分以上的朋友，洗澡的時候，要注意別撞到；但蓮蓬頭的水夠熱也夠強勁，甚至有降板浴缸提供使用）整體而言，是非常好的住宿體驗！

此住宿空間對於四人家庭而言，相當寬裕。工作人員回覆算是迅速，且願意協助房客解決問題。空調暖氣都能正常使用，雖然冬天的大阪冷風凜凜，但室內還是溫暖。浴室水夠熱，水也夠強勁。

幾乎沒有。只是浴室天花板稍微較低，高個子的人（身高超過180公分），會覺得有些壓迫。

とっても快適です！

いろいろなものが揃っていた

チェックインに苦戦しました… 去年は確か郵便受けに鍵が入っていてポストから出して入室だったような気がしてポストを必死で開けようとしてたところ、外国の方が教えてくれました！英語がギリギリ聞き取れたので入室できましたが、前日のメールに事前のチェックインのやり方と入室方法をもう少し詳しく記載してもらえるとありがたいです。調味料にあと砂糖・醤油が欲しいです。ラップとお風呂に洗面器があれば… あとは完璧です！

내부 방 구조가 잘 구성되었고 근처 마트가 가까이 있어서 편리 했습니다.

차로 도착할때는 찾기가 좀 쉽지않았습니다. 네비 보는 실력차가 있기때문에 잘 찾는분도 계시겠지만 제 굥우는 힘 들었습니다.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka, especially families.

It's our second time staying at this private lodging, we got pretty much everything we need for the long stays (including facilities such as a washing machine, parking space, kitchenware, induction cooker, toaster, rice cooker and other amenities). 당신이 Universal 근처의 저렴하고 넓은방에서 가족과 함께 묵을 수 있는 숙소를 찾는다면 이곳이 완벽한 대안이 될것이다. 여러명이 함께 할 수 있는 방과, 넓은 거실, 좋은 뷰, 편리한 체크인, 여유있는 주차공간, 가정집과 같은 편의시설 등이 좋다. 아주 작은 단점은 가장 가까운 편의점을 가려면 두블럭 정도 걸어가야 한다. 그 외에는 매우 만족!

It was a lovely place to stay in Osaka!

It was roomy, clean, well equiped, confortable and quiet! We had a great time alltogether, I can only recommend it! :)

Very nice and convenient

Good size for a family, washing machine and amenities were good for a long stay, quiet area surrounding but very nice and enjoyed it

物のないすっきしした空間が快適

日常はおもちゃがいっぱいの部屋で、何もない部屋で過ごすのは快適でした。洗濯物を干すスペースもベランダ風で、さらに広さを感じました。大人1人子供3人だと使いきれないくらいです。ちょっとした絵もよかったです。

フロントにあたる部分は紙が雑多な感じでした。エレベーターは消臭剤のにおいと思いますが、若干強い気がしました。各部屋の前は、掃き掃除とか蜘蛛の巣を取ったりとかあれば。中が良かっただけに、外観が残念でした。部屋に掃除後？使用後のタオルがあり、LINEで報告しました。部屋番号を聞かれ、お詫びの返事がありました。原則現地は無人の対応なので、この対応が限界でしょうか。お部屋が良かっただけに、、、

選んでよかった

0歳と4歳の子供がいるので、畳に布団を敷いて眠れりのが良かった！また、洗濯機と洗剤が置かれてたので、洗濯もできたし、スーパーも近いので外食に飽きた時は自炊ができた。

しいていうなら、USJまでの電車の乗り換えか初めてだと分かりにくい！ 20分くらいかかったかな？でもホテル代安いし、部屋広いし全然許容範囲です、

Nice place for a family stay

Nice big rooms with lots of space. Washing machine and really large balcony My son loved the authentic Japanese room Everything was provided

A bit dated in the decoration and furniture. A bit far out from the fun areas but close to metro. Pillow was so hard

Very spacious that fits 7 people easily (2 for master bedroom, 1 for another snall bedroom, maybe up to 4 people in tatami room), close to metro/supermarket/family mart/7-11/restaurants, good indoor balcony, big table in the living room with space still

We are a group of 3 and need to the laundry daily as the hangers are not enough and no enough laundry detergent for our 9 day stay. Pillow is not comfortable for me but it's subjective though. We only have 3 people and need to que for restroom and it might be an issue for a larger group.
