This is a great location for first timers to the phillipines as u r experiencing the normal hustle n bustle of the middle class. The pic when booking is not what u see in reality. Its a shock but u get over it lol. Its safe, vege/fruit market 5mins away by walk. There are bus stations (to other destinations) 10mins by walk. Intramurous, rizal park, and museums took us 30-40mins walking and 15 mins jeepney. Staff helpful

My flight got delayed and even after my friend called the hotel and told the staff that my arrival would be the next day, they still cancelled as no show!! So had to rebook.

the hotel is close to bus terminals, we could check in in the middle of the night, our room was fine, kettle was nice to make coffee in the morning

earplugs will be handy as it is noisy outside

Nice spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Small kitchen in the apartment. Luggage storage after checkout possible, friendly staff.

Bathroom very small, shower wets entire room. Water pressure not good.

It’s near establishments which made the delivery of goods easier for me. The room is also clean .

The doors can be unlocked easily, walls are cracked and the bed isn’t that sturdy (the bed makes some noise when you move). Additionally, most of the sockets are not working, the one beside the bed works and the one on the counter but not the one near the TV so we never used it.

Easy checkin and friendly staff. Room was clean enough from what I could tell. Location is in a local neighborhood with a good small restaurant right across the street serving Filipino food.

NO water from 10pm to 5am on a daily basis should be mentioned. It was a huge inconvenience as I only stayed 1 night passing through Manila on my way elsewhere. Having to use the toilet at 11PM was a bad experience as you cannot flush, cannot use the bum gun, and they do not provide toilet paper so I had to use some napkins I luckily had with me. Be prepared for this!!! Maybe fill up the bucket in the bathroom with water beforehand just in case... Also no soap for washing hands.

Sobrang babait ng mga staff dito. walang ka hassle hassle from the moment that we arrived hanggang sa mag check out. they even allowed us na iwan muna yung mga gamit namin to shop around. sa room naman, nothing to complain din kasi malinis, alam mong well maintained talaga. even wifi nila mabilis
