Massive rooms, great location and staff are wonderful

Hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Even surprised our 4 year old on his bday with presents and a cake. Pool was enough to cool off and good little play ground for our 16month old and 4 year old. Fantastic location!

Very comfortable apartment, very close to things, we loved

Need to be more selective, more variety

Shower in main bedroom very difficult to used, main toilet broken, but we used other bathroom.

Needs an update but it's a good place to stay

Staff were lovely and very helpful did everything they could to make our stay more comfortable Property is very outdated but we'll maintained Breakfast was included which is great because you don't have to think about it . But it is very limited Lots of space to move around which was great

Great location, very spacious apartment and the best was by far the staff. They are very attentative and carrying. Our family had an amazing time and will definitely come back.

clean, comfortable, convienient location, loads of space and restaurants and MRT on the doorstep good value for money

great location, super clean linen, soft towels, all facilities for home from home stay, overall generally clean and comfortable, very hospitable friendly staff.

it could do with a bit of updating and renovation in places.

comfortable, convenient and pleasant

Very friendly and pleasant staff all throughout - front desk, cleaning, breakfast room, doorman etc. Location - near restaurants, supermarket, MRT station but quiet Clean and well equipped internally.

exterior of the building a bit run down and could do with a refurbishment, but that did not impact on our stay at all breakfast options could be more varied from day to day (but the ladies in the breakfast room were lovely and very thoughtful)

Our suite was clean, good size with kitchen and laundry. Great for 6 people and a baby.

Breakfast was ok, but was unfortunately closed for public holidays for two of the seven days we were there.

No pool towels that were clean so we had to use our bath towels. They sent fresh ones when asked ,but as house keeping only came in once in the time we were there, they sat damp in our room.

awesome location and great facilities

great location, close to two MTR lines which was very convenient. 3 bedroom apartment had a lot of space for our family which made the stay comfortable. pool was fantastic and the continental breakfast was very convenient

the location is close to restaurants but they are quite expensive

Family Holiday

Great location, nice spacious living area, good sized bedrooms and friendly staff!

Bathrooms were cramped, kitchen was very dated.

Wonderful stay at a very well appointed property!

In a fabulous location, to relax and enjoy the area as well as many tourist sites too. There was a pool to take some time for ourselves. the Apartment was spacious and clean.

Great location , lovely staff , good cleaners , nice pool , lots of restuarants and bars .

Breakfast ok , just a continental but only a small area which got busy depending on time . We ate in our apartment or went out .

There wasnt really anything we didnt like , some minor maintenance issues looked a bit rough and there was no view but apart from that it was clean , it had washing machine and dryer , 2 bathrooms , airconditioners in each room , lift outside the door , so all in all we were happy .

Just…fine. good for family and lovely staff

location is good, 10 minutes walk to an MRT station supermarket 3-5 minutes walk restaurants around but too expensive for us size of the apartment was great, good size rooms having access to kitchen, washer and dryer was great too staff were very friendly and helpful

it hasn’t been updated in a VERY long time; 20 years at least externally outside the room very mouldy, shabby kids pool was very dirty, I couldn’t let my son swim in it spa broken down so not open, tiles missing and build up of dirt in the pool bottom. kids playground was very old and got too hot to play on as slide was metal No petting zoo as advertised, and the edible garden has seen better days stayed 7 days and room only serviced once. this is NOT a place for anyone with mobility issues, there is no disabled access and so many stairs to access apartment definitely just a three star place

We love the river view from our apartment and friendly staff.

Breakfast could be better. Due to the pandemic, we can only pick up food and have meal in our room. However, options are limited and no vegetable.

Exceptional Customer service highly recommend this property

Outstanding customer service, from the time we arrived (which was late) the gentleman walked us to show us everything in our room. Every single one of their staff are incredible nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect for singles, couples,families, for those who are happy to come home to a place that feels like home. So close to everything including short stroll to Clarke quay & fort canning MRT. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these apartments and I would certainly love to stay here again.

At times due to peak period breakfast room was out of food limited seating. the quality was very good though.

Very good

The location was absolutely fantastic with close access to transport, shopping and entertainment. So many things were within walking distance or just a short MRT trip away.

The pool was good but needed maintenance (the Jacuzzi wasn't working and some pool tiles were loose and a bit sharp). The range of pillows wasn't great and I could not find one that suited me so I woke up each morning with a sore neck.
