Amazing property, location, staff!

At 900 per night after tax and fees… room was worth more like 500 per night.. All in all still an excellent property

We LOVED this wonderful Vintners Resort and our gorgeous comfy room with a little patio looking onto the vineyards & mountains. So peaceful … and beautiful gardens around the hotel too. The staff were charming & so helpful and the food was really delicious. The music sitting on the outside restaurant patio was so beautiful too and went with the peaceful gardens & sound of fountains nearby. We were there for a wedding nearby & Vintners could not have been more perfect. I do hope there are no big changes now that it has changed hands. It is perfect the way it is .. gracious & tasteful & not too modernized in the interior decor. Thank you Vintners!!😊

the bed was not very comfortable. Its great if you like a really soft bed but I’m a medium to firm type of person and so is my wife. However the bedding and pillows were amazing!

The property is beautiful! The rooms are lovely as well. We used to go before the outdoor pool and spa was built, so they have really made the resort very nice!

We could not get the thermostat to work properly and it was set at 72, which made it difficult to sleep. I woke up over and over again during the night. We were also double charged for our dinner in the front room, which they did, of course, fix, but that was a bit of a hassle, took some time, and what if we had left before I glanced at the emailed receipt?

Nice room, quiet and spacious.

Bed was hard. Staff did correct this with an extra duvet, but it should have been correct the first night. The heating/cooling system was difficult to get to a comfortable temperature.
