I’m still searching for that special feelings of staying at the w resort as promised on the ad

The breakfast buffet was ok. The staffs were very good with the service.

1) firstly, my hotel accommodation bond still not returned to my account. Why is taking this long? 21 days ? 2) the room lighting is bad/too dark and the switches are complicated by design - not ideal for family with kids. 3) some of the furniture and fixtures in room are quite worn and needs a facelift. There were dirt in gaps between the bed frames. 4) lift from the lobby doesn’t seem to go to ground level hence the extra hassle of walking down stairs to entrance And what’s the point of having a slow lift at the entrance that only goes up one level??? 5) cleaner broke the toilet paper holder on the wall and left no toilet paper after room service so I had to call reception to fix it while my family got stuck using the bathroom. 6) there’s no enough towels at the pool , they always runs out hence can’t use the pool at times while waiting for the towels get delivered - and it took ages 7) the quality of food isn’t great - more attention and care is needed especially for the room service menu. My pizza was cold when I received it. The overall breakfast buffet was ok and decent. However lacks variety so after a week I had to get breakfast elsewhere even though it’s free. The cold cut meats were not fresh, the dim sum section had the same thing every day. The scrambled eggs station needs to wait when is busy as it’s cook to order. The stir fry noodles were too oily. Not enough broth for the laksa noodles when served. 8) And my final point is that too many people waste their food. I see plates with full of food gets thrown away. Food with only a small bite and people just wasting food leaving it uneaten. And getting more food. The waiters just constantly happy to clean the table and dump the plates with full of food.

Really nice hotel - funky, modern, nice vibe and well equipped rooms. Nice for a few days break in Singapore.

Modern, funky, great aspect on the marina and next to the restaurants and bars. Breakfast was excellent in terms of quality and choice. Pool was large and waterslide for kids.

Stairs to reception. Toilet cubicles too small in the rooms.

Loved our stay at W Santosa. This was our 2nd time and we will be back again!

The room which accommodated 2 adults and 2 children was excellent! We loved the large pool with slide and many different areas. The food in the restaurant was very good and room service was also great. Santosa has a very relaxed island vibe and is great for a beach and outdoor holiday.

Wish there was a health faucet in the bathroom.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service

Das beste und reichhaltigste Frühstück jemals. Ob Europäer, Amerikaner, Asiate oder oder es gab für jeden etwas. Eine solche Auswahl haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir sind schon viel gereist. Die Lage auf Sentosa Island im ruhigen Bereich an der Marina, der Pool und die Außenanlage, alles war großzügig und sehr gepflegt. In der Nähe gab es jede Menge Restaurants und Cafes an der Harbourfront.

Der Pool hätte etwas tiefer sein können.

Shower not cleaned properly. Would not stay again

Location

The shower had not been cleaned and when showering the glass showed writing where it had been drawn on from previous people staying. I informed the staff and still it was not cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights and it was not taken into consideration nor was it cleaned.

A luxury hotel with good facilities, but decor getting a bit dated. Expensive for what you get

Excellent pool- was the best thing about the hotel and was open 24 hrs breakfast which was included in the room price was amazing, the best choice I have ever seen at a 5 star hotel

The lighting in the room was terrible. There was nowhere to be able to see yourself to do makeup with good lighting. room decor is getting dated with some tears in leather bed ends etc.

A nice place to stay.

The giant pool with a water slide. The pool operates 24/7. The buffet breakfast was good but should include more subcontinental flavours. We stayed for 7 nights so kind of bored eating same stuff.

No activity for the kids except the pool. There should be sports: ping pong, basket ball, badminton, games room to keep kids busy. We stayed for 7 nights so it was necessary to have different activities so they don’t get bored. The room was small and was enough for 2 not for 4 as advertised by the hotel. The all day menu for food was very limited and was not up to expectations in taste and flavour. The hotel is located in a isolated location. The hotel should run a free shuttle service to city centre. There were no shops/market around.

Lovely apart from the jacuzzis not working.

It was our second stay at this hotel because we loved it the first time. The location is great, right next to the marina, with bars and restaurants (an excellent cafe there), and the pool and bar in the pool with jacuzzi in it was great the first time. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped, but first time we had a balcony, with a view of the pool, which we prefer to the room we got this time with no opening windows.

We asked to use the jacuzzi indoors because it was raining but the spa staff told us that it was seperate for men and women so no romantic jacuzzi together, and it was also not hot as it was broken. We went out to the jacuzzi in the main pool, even though it was raining, but were told by the staff that it was undergoing ‘maintenance’ ie. broken. As the jacuzzi was one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel, this was really disappojnting. Breakfast was expensive, so we didn’t include it, but there is an excellent cafe in the marina.

Hotel at the quiet corner of Sentosa

The hotel staff were professional and polite Bedroom was clean, nice and cosy. Located near a number of restaurants and a 7-11 store is 10-15mins walk away.

Expected much more but it turned out to be a ‘normal’ hotel stay. No beach nearby. The cupboard doors in the room has a unique way of opening (pull & drag) but after opening and closing, the doors will get stuck.

Great get away from the city in fantastic location with amazing pool.

The location, pool, gardens and other facilities are top notch. Room was great too. Lots of eating and drinking options nearby. Breakfast we top notch.

Quite expensive for what it but was very busy, so people seem willing to pay.

Wonderful Modern Family Friendly Hotel with Great Hospitality & Facilities for expats and foreigner

Pool & gym were fantastic open 24hrs so within Singapore's humidity all day and evenings u get access to the pool whenever. Fantastic for Families as kids love the pool. Location was off Singapore's main city- where the expats and tourism attractions are located which can be access from a bus to Universal Studios, Casino walk, Aquarium. Nice yacht views

Staff can be hit and miss at Restaurant. We had an incident at Breakfast where multiple times we order a dish for the little one but were given something else and to not waste food all they did was scrap it off even though there was chill oil. Once I had a word with Floor manager the following day that was rectified with better hospitality. Its best to speak to the manager directly.

Amazing hotel that could be a bit better

Beautiful pool and view

The room wasn’t 100% clean. I found blood cotton buds in the room. Also the room service staff spilt the food on the rug and it wasn’t cleaned up for 2 days.
