niet veel stopcontacten in de kamer, het dak-restaurant is prima en gezellig maar kan binnenkort wel een facelift gebruiken.

L’hotel era ben organizzato ed era pulito!
Hanno soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste fatte e soprattutto la colazione è ottima.
Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito una carta per usare i mezzi pubblici e un modem portatile per avere internet anche quando siamo fuori a visitare la città.
L’hotel è situato vicinissimo alla Torre Galata (Galata Kulesi) e ci sono tanti ristorante nella zona di ottima qualità ed è circa 10 minuti a piedi da Taksim.
Salim, Murat e Sinan, dipendenti dell’hotel sono stati tutti e 3 molto cordiali e amichevoli, mi hanno aiutato sia per l’organizzazione delle giornate che anche a portare dalla stanza all’uscita e viceversa il passeggino del bambino ogni volta senza alcuna esitazione.
Tutti e 3 mi hanno fatto spesso compagnia e sono stati molto sinceri e onesti nel loro lavoro e ci hanno trattato molto molto bene.
La colazione è fantastica sulla terrazza con ottime scelte.
Qualità buona.
Se posso permettermi consiglierei magari per i piatti freddi e caldi della colazione di avere più variazioni durante la settimana in quanto fare sempre la identica colazione tutti i giorni può essere noiosa.

The personnel is really great and makes you feel welcome! They constantly ask you about your stay and if you feel comfortable. The were responsive to our requests and tried to ensure we feel well.
Our room was quite spacious and it had all we needed, including bathrobes and a new bottle of water every day. The hotel serves nice breakfast on a top of the building, from where you can see Galata tower and other parts of Istanbul.
The view from our room was onto an ugly and dark courtyard and as it was located on the first floor, we could barely see any daylight in the room. The room needs some renovation as it looks a bit worn out. Else, as already mentioned, the staff makes you feel well and cares about your stay, which compensates these negative points.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο σε 2 λεπτα απο τον πυργο του γάλατα και 10 λεπτα το πολυ απο τον κεντρικό εμπορικο δρομο που καταλήγει στην πλατεία ταχιμ.
Ανετα δωμάτια, καθαριότητα, ωραιο κρεβάτι, μεγαλο μπάνιο. Το cafe bar στον τελευταίο όροφο Υπέροχο.

De ruime kamer was erg netjes en schoon. De locatie was super, veel op loopafstand en 2 minuten van de galata tower. De eigenaresse Zeynep was heel betrokken en vriendelijk, ze stond altijd voor ons klaar. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.
Weinig minpunten, behalve dat wij vonden dat het personeel van de receptie wat behulpzamer kon zijn en vaker een praatje kon maken over hoe je dag was. Nu zeiden ze vaak alleen hoi en dat was het.

Incredible value for money. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the roof with views of Galata and the Bosphorus is spectacular. Rooms are spacious and clean.
The pipes in the bathroom caused a smell - this is normal in Istanbul but quite noticeable in our stay

I was warmly welcomed with my cat at late night so I really appreciated that the check-in process was quick. The room was very stylish, a bit too noisy when the windows opened as they overlook the street, but completely quiet when the windows closed. The breakfast was excellent with a great view from the rooftop. The staff is extremely friendly, special thanks to Caner and Zeynep for being so nice and helpful. I also ordered the transfer from and to the airport, and this worked very smoothly. In addition, at the check-in, I was offered a public transport card, but I didn't have an opportunity to use it. Thank you very much for everything!

Nagyon jó helyen van, minden gyalog is elérhető, metró pár percre. A szoba ok, nekem kicsit sötét volt és e miatt nem éreztem olyan kellemesnek. A reggelit kihozzák, és lehet kérni tojásféléket még. Jó áron volt így összességében 4 napra megfelelő.
Valamiért a szoba nem volt olyan kellemes, minden megtalálható, de kicsit sötét és szűk volt nekem.

Struttura molto accogliente, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo e ottima posizione per i maggiori punti di interesse.
La finestra si affacciava in un cortile interno, avrei grafito un po più luce in stanza, per il resto tutto ok.

Throughout our stay at Walton Hotels Galata, from the moment we arrived until our departure, we had a flawless experience. The owner Zeynep, a caring individual, personally attends to guests entering and leaving the hotel. The owner and the staff provided excellent assistance with a friendly demeanor and were available at any moment for us. The hotel's cleanliness and interior design deserve a perfect score. Our room, combining beauty and coziness, added to the overall satisfaction. When I go to Istanbul again, choosing this hotel would be unquestionable. I enthusiastically recommend it for a delightful stay. You will not regret one bit if you decide to go there.
Something that I personally liked is that the owner Zeynep treated me like a friend. She is really a good, kind and wonderful person.
I have nothing to complain about our stay at the hotel. Everything was really wonderful.

+ The location is amazing, 3 minutes walk to Galata tower, 20 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and close to the metro station
+ Food was simply addictive
- Breakfast is served from 8 to 11.. so if you want to go out for an early morning tour you will have to either come back before 11 or leave after 8

Great location - close to public transport and ferries. Although the hotel is located just a few steps from the buzz around the Galata Tower, it's possible to get a good night's sleep. Nice roof terrace bar with a view which is also used as breakfast room. However, what makes this hotel special is the incredibly friendly and service-oriented team (especially Engin!), without being intrusive but constantly thoughtful, so that you always feel well taken care of. For this level of service I would even give 15 points at booking.com, if that would be possible. Breakfast is a real treat and always served with a big smile. Rooms have everthing one needs to feel at home.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, very modern and comfortable. The staff were really friendly, helpful and imformatitive! Breakfast every morning was delicous and special visits from the owners dog Sophie were always a nice welcome in the morning :)

a small and stylish hotel with amazing location just a three minutes walk from galata tower . room was perfect, clean and everything we need was there (bathroom amenities etc) Staff is also very friendly and friendly.
the breakfast was ok, but could be more diverse. our room was without windows and even though we had known about it beforehand it was not very comfortable to stay there for almost a week. for short stays like 2-3 days it’s should be absolutely fine.

I loved my stay at Walton hotel. The rooms are fresh & clean with all necessary facilities. The stuff is amazing as well as the owner, very attentive to details. I had a welcome cocktail in a top roof bar & my room was upgraded free of charge. I was very surprised when they told me that the other room is ready to move it just at the breakfast. And Engin called a taxi beforehand, so I could go to the airport directly. Thank you very much for such an amazing experience. I will definitely come back.

We love that place, everything is new, good mattress, good shower etc. People there are greatest in the Istanbul, especially the owner. They are externally positive and supportive.

A score of 10 is too little for this hotel!!! The best choice we could have made!! Right next to the Galata tower and next to everything!!! Very clean and beautiful!!! The fact that we had such a great time in Istanbul is largely due to our stay at the Walton hotel!! They supplied us with a machine to have WiFi with us everywhere and helped us with anything we needed!!! All the guys at the front desk were amazing and so kind, so was the owner Zeynep. So sweet and a true professional!! Well done to all of you!!! When we return to Istanbul we will choose the same hotel again!!! Thank you for everything!!!
