Relaxed modern vibe

Wonderful vibe, truly lovely accommodation. We would love to return in the future. Highly recommend 😬

Pool was closed for refurbishment but there was another to use, although we sadly didn’t get time.

Nice hotel with nice vibes but should improve on some aspects

Staff was very welcoming and king, good vibes, Social Company restaurant was a very nice place to have dinner and chill, dogs are accepted.

The staff at the spa was trying to manipulate us to buy their massage sessions. I was telling them that I was looking for a short time massage, and whatever my reason the lady at reception told me « but do you have a meeting planned? » and then insisting a lot for us to buy whatever was on the paper. Plus we were supposed to have 20% off with Booking and finally after 10 minutes when we decided to choose something they told us the discount was not applicable. One of the worst experience in Dubai ever to be honest. Other cons are the very large bed was actually 2 beds stick together, which was very uncomfortable for a couple. The hotel is a bit far from the beach or Downtown, but there’s very convenient shops and restaurants nearby. There’s a lot of small noises in the room, don’t know if it was only us. Last thing the rooms are not that much soundproof.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms with good facilities. The gym is great. Easy to get to if driving, and located in a calm and great location close to many of the areas you would go out to in Dubai.

Rooms do not have enough space to store clothes if you are staying for a relatively longer trip. Pillows are not comfortable, but the staff was nice enough to send us another type which were much better.

Great hotel

The room was spacious, and the lighting was great in the rooms. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. There was a gym, spa, padel courts, and other activities which was great! Attention to detail is great, they even had a bath lofa, shower cap, sewing kit etc.

The gym could have more work done on it, simple things like ankle straps for the cable machine, a trap bar, hip thrust pad, step.

Very good

Loved the room design, staff hospitality and the gym was much bigger than I expected

The internet was too slow. I had to use my hotspot most of the time. The breakfast was exactly the same except for one special of the day dish. I would have loved to see more variety. Going to and from the car parking P3 was annoying. I have to take 2 elevators from my room to reach my car.

Practical, easy place to stay in an accessible location

Very helpful, efficient staff

Not enough cupboard space - there is some hanging wardrobe space but nothing like shelves or drawers for storage in the room

What a beautiful hotel! Has everything you need. Quiet and comfortable. Fresh filtered water every day. Nice staff.

cleaning of the rooms is not good, there must be air conditioning problem as it’s extremely cold in rooms but warm in corridor

Highly Recommended.

Staff were amazing, engaging & warm. From the Bellman; Celeste, Sree, Ramesh, and the rest of the Bellman Team. From Reception Staffs; I forgot their names but the night duty guys and also in the morning team; Bassem & Sarah. From the Lah Lah Team; Joey, Elizabeth, The barmen & Vishnu. They are all amazing! 🤩 Zabeel House Team truly made our stay worth visiting again. Highly recommended! More than a 5-Star experience. Well done guys! Will see you again! Thank you.
