Beware of room 324

Clean. Good location, in front of the hotel you can get a car to walking street for 10 baht. Fast check-in. Stayed 3 nights, had to move from superior to deluxe the last night but they showed flexibility to keep my room.

Beware of room 324 if I remember the number. This is my third time here and every time they check me in this room and say no availability and can change tomorrow. It has a strange bad smell you can't bear and makes you cough. I had to find another hotel double the price for the first night and they didn't show any aspect of assistance. From the second day I came to another room which was fine.

A Hidden Gem in Pattaya

Great location, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The beach was within walking distance and most tourist attractions easily accessible. Very friendly and attentive staff. Loved my early morning swim in the pool. At check-in, the staff recognised me as a frequently returning customer and offered me a free hook grade, thank you so much 😎🙏

No complaints. I enjoyed everything about the place

goed hotel met goede locatie

Fijn zwembad, vriendelijk personeel. Diverse faciliteiten (stoom, sauna). Mijn vlucht ging pas 's nachts maar ik kon mijn koffer na het uitchecken in het kantoortje stallen.

Uitzicht was slecht, door beide ramen. kamer omvang, ondanks mijn upgrade via booking.com, was beperkt

Staff were always willing to help. Breakfast was good. The staff always paid lots of attention to our little boy. Pool was really nice. In the middle of a gay area but never caused any problems. The beach is not far. Highly recommend. Thank you for looking after us.

Nice staff and affordable price

Really nice staff, always helpfull. Good location aswell.

First room we had a lot of ants but we immediately got a new room that was completely disinfected from any insects.

Good hotel but in gay area was a bit uncomfortable

The rooms are clean , well maintained with modern fittings and facility .

The location though near beach is inside **a gay** area . This might be uncomfortable for some .

Very nice and friendly hotel.

The room was on the top floor accessable by two lifts. Overlooking the pool area. Having stayed before ,I knew the area. The staff were very friendly and most helpful if any problems with the room.

The Dining Room only now doing breakfast and not any food after 2pm.

Pool suite Excellent location

Location for us was perfect, right in the middle of night life. Plenty of bars, entertainment. 5-7 min walk to the beach. Suite right with pool access, separate bedroom, quiet at night. Reasonably priced.

Gym is small, limited, but sufficient for routine work out. However sauna and steam room aren't up to level. Slow, frequently unavailable, always have to ask staff to turn it on.
