Absolutely amazing accomodation with extensive living area and 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. easy walk to facilities on the resort and surrounded by nature. Loved everything about the property.

The location is great, and we love the boulders resort overall. The staff and overall scenery and amenities at the resort are top notch.

The house itself needs improvement. We have stayed at a different house the last two years and the property was booked so we tried this house. The house was fine, but definitely needs improvement. Furnishings and kitchen are tired and we found three scorpions and two large spiders during our stay. There are clear water spots from the roof, and seepage in the walls. These things didn’t necessarily affect our stay, but it definitely detracted from it and made me feel like I was overpaying for my stay.

1)ceiling fan in bedroom broken. master bath electric outlets not functioning. Ice maker doesn’t work. Master bedroom motorized shade doesn’t work.

Location was outstanding! The was house beautiful! Easy access to the property. Love our stay!!

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The villa is very clean

The keys were in a lock box that is attached to the gas meter in a rocked area wihtout light outside the garage. It was dark and I couldnt see to set the numbers on the lockbox. I tried to use the lights of my car, but couldnt get it open. I called support and about 40 minutes later a maintence person came and used his master key to unlock. It was 101 degrees while I worked on the box for about 45 minutes before I called.
